By far the most impressive thing about your playing imo are those snare hits while also being able to play other notes. It doesn't look anywhere near as hard as it is. I am by no means a bad player but when I try to do it I constantly stare at how I am nowhere close to being able to do it lol. Is there any trick to it it or is it the classic "banging your head against it until it sticks" kind of thing?
what helps me is to not view it as a separate action but rather part of the notes too. its like learning melody + bass together as one motion instead of learning one and adding the other later. practice it really slow and carefully pick up the pace!
@@yoshissbkgod6285 My main problem both hitting a melody note while doing the snare, the snare itself if no other note is played simulatenously is easy. Playing the bass part is fine but you just don't usually do that kind of hitting the string motion on guitar so It's really odd
For hitting the melody note at the same time, use your index and keep it curved as if it’s a claw. When you hit the bass w ur thumb, aim ur index for the string u need to hit and keep it curved, it’ll hit the note then stop on top of the next string without playing

It's called a capo and it's used to play on a higher key with the same open positions. You can still learn the arrangement, but playing along with the video will prove difficult cuz you'll sound off-key. But if you just focus on the rhythm and tempo you might be able to learn without it. Just keep in mind that it will not sound as the original

No worries, no need to train for this. You just have to time the hits whith the BPM. Nothing hard
