    Protein consumption must always be increased gradually because it can cause digestive issues.
    Firstly find your current protein intake, then if muscle building is your goal 1.5-2 g/kg of body weight is the range best suited for muscle growth.

    The only problem is people with weak digestion 130gm soya contains too much fiber it's gonna disrupt your daily activities by bloating and loose stool (you may think it good but it's not). I was eating 80gm per day it fucked up my digestion its not going back to normal even though I quit the soya.
    I am not saying soya is bad just get non GMO soya and find your limit for digesting it and stay below that limit

    How to gain weight if I have IBS problem.
    My pain and symptoms (gas, flatulence, constipation, diarrhoea, muscle loss) triggers with eating milk products. I have cut down on milk, tea, and coffee. Soya been also gives gas. Egg also triggers gas if I eat it with bread or just eat it lone.
    Eating Rajma once in daytime is safe for me but what to eat in evening...
    Please make a video for IBS patients.

      No don't consume it, will increase your gynaecomastia level by increase estrogen(female hormone)
      I was fit but when I add 80-100gm soya chunks in my daily diet now i also have grade 1 gynaecomastia.. currently i try to reduce it by dumbbell-fly exercise.

      Yes Rohan, it's absolutely healthy. This myth is going for long. I am coming to this using science bahut jaldi.
      But for now, anecdotally, I am consuming 100-120g soy granules/chunks daily for almost 1.5 years.

      for vegetarians it's the leanest & cheapest source of protein. If you don't like soy chunks, try soybean dal, flavored tofu aur tempeh - all made from Soy.

    Bhaiya, for soy, dal, rajma and other beans, do we need to consider quantity in raw version or in cooked version? In other words I'm trying to ask that do we need to take 100 grams of raw dal or do we need to consume 100 grams of cooked dal bcs after cooking beans, chickpea, are spreading so the weight is increased. Or in other words do we need to consider this item weight after cooking or before cooking?

    FOr vegetarian yes, these are good sources but please add whey protein because either he dont know or if knows than you all will realise that 130gm of soya granules is a huge quantity to eat even in 2 meals and its not only about protein you have to have carbs you have to eat carb sources as well. so after 130gm soya granules and 100gm protein your stomach will like 90% full and you will find that these quantity is very hard to eat everyday. thisi is good for video but not good for everyday. i am a middle class person i have tried these therefore sharing my experience

    You shouldnt eat same thing everyday. Add variety from each category everyday.
    1) Lintels
    2) Legumes
    3) Nuts
    4) Grains
    5) Milk products
    6) Seeds 2 spoon
    Wont you get complete proteins from these five sources? Just think.
    Start by doubling amount of daal lintel and daal legumes.

    Guys don't waste money by eating over protien. As per research we need 1 grm of protien per kg not per pound until unless you are a pro athlete. You may easily get around 80-90 grm protien and that ll be enough

      this is a video about completing protein requiremnt. Though you will get a good portion of micronutrients from these foods itself but you need other food sources variety in your diet too. such as fruit for vitamin c, and some source of vitamin d etc.
      so in a nutshell bring variety in foods.
