When it comes to the phone thing about like how all we want to do is scroll what I do because of parent rules and then it kind of just stuck. Was leaving my phone in the living room plugged in rather than having it in my room so I wouldn't be tempted to go on it in the middle of the night or be tempted to just stay in bed and scroll all day. It's a good tip for the people who have that problem when it comes to scrolling
