Zac, do you have the new George Bush 4141? I am trying the get the office name to enter into my Legacy remote manually since I do not have the infrared track to update it.
Strangely when two engines of same model are run they are lashed together which I'm wondering how to unlash? Or just silly design. Can I rename one of the engines. I'm sure the Bluetooth modules are seen as different as android sees them as two different. If renaming with programming maybe it will fix that problem. But I don't have a control centre.
@@Jokers_Trains I only have the direct linked controller without command control unit. Is that the only way to program.i.e with command control unit? Is there not a way with Bluetooth through PC software?
@@Jokers_Trainsyou can't use the bt, not if you have two of the same train. They conflict. Lionel tech support lady confirmed this but didnt seem confident in her response. I'm guessing you can reprogram the name of one of them to get both working together but I haven't tried as don't have the CC.

Nice How-To-Video bud - and it's great to see some action on your channel. Legacy trumps DCS in every way/shape/form in my opinion - such an easy / friendly system to operate. Love MTH engines - but I have a hate/hate relationship with DCS - which is why most of my engines are Legacy. I hope you are doing well my friend. Any pre-orders from 18 V1?

I paid 520 for mine, I got it from legacy station in Atlanta GA. 600 is a little high to me but if you don't pre order that's still cheaper than retail. I think the retail was 649

Yes you can rename it. Are they both programmed to the same ID

Well without the legacy system you can’t program. If your engines are Bluetooth equipped you can control them through your phone with the Lionel app.

Yes in CC you can reprogram. Seems like there should be a way to reprogram with Bluetooth

Where did you find your FEC es44 and how much did you pay because I found one ford 600 but that seems a little steep
