The "new jack swing" period of Michael Jackson with Teddy Riley is definitely not my favourite, I prefer the Off The Wall-Thriller era when Michael worked with Rod Temperton the king of groove (from the great funk/disco band Heatwave that I strongly recommand for all the fans of Thriller, their records are incredible!), and the Bad era too. But She Drives Me Wild, along with Dangerous and Why You Wanna Trip On Me are great songs that I really love! Though they sound more urban than Michael's 70s and 80s song they retain that distinct old funk feel, especially in the chorus. He managed to make me listen to a genre that I normally can't stand (urban pop and the likes), that shows how brillant he was :D
@@kasebmohamed5468 That's because you probably don't know this genre too well...but this is somehow contemporary "street" Soul/R&B...Please listen to URBAN New Jack Swing / Hip Hop albums from TLC (Waterfalls, Creap, Baby-Baby-Baby), Bobby Brown (Don't Be Cruel, On our Own, My Prerogative, Every Little Step), Bil Bev Devoe (Poison), Al B Sure, Mary J Blige and so many others...there are also a lot of remixes without RAP for instance...and many of those artists I've mentioned retain some of that "old school" feeling you said...but this more URBAN sound is a huge part of contemporary black american music...

It would be awesome if he performed “Who Is It”, “Give In To Me” and maybe even “She Drives Me Wild”
