Several years ago my grandson and I road this trail. We started in Bunker Hill going north into Rochester. We spent the night in an ok motel. The next day we returned. The adventure was amazingly fun for us. Getting thru Peru was relatively easy and we traversed under the 4 lane Hwy 24 without any difficulty
Hi Don! So great to hear from you. Sorry you had to watch until the last second for “we’re outta here”. Just want to make sure you are watching the whole thing. 🤭. Happy thanksgiving 🦃🍁
FYI; there is another segment to the Nickel Plate Trail in Hamilton County. It starts in Noblesville (Forest Park) and heads south through Fishers and ends (for the time being) at 96th Street (Hamilton County/ Marion County line). Just so you know.
Nice video! I like the style of video that shares the adventure and give some background and history. I strive to do the same on my channel with a mix of rail trails, bikepacking, hiking and backpacking.
We appreciate the compliment and we are always looking for new content on other channels. We went and checked yours out. Enjoyed the video of C&O/GAP Day 2. I can't believe they can't come up with a better way to get to Harpers Ferry than climbing those stairs! Yours is the first one I've seen where anyone actually showed climbing the stairs. Thanks for watching.
@@Adventuresonebikes I’m glad you enjoyed the Harpers Ferry video. i’m only about halfway done with producing the videos from that trip. I’m sure you know it takes quite a bit of time to produce a video. I will certainly be checking out more of your videos .Thanks for the comment!
Thank you two for sharing!
We appreciate your continued support.
Thanks for showing me another Indiana trail. I am hoping to get to this one next year. Stay safe, and have a great Thanksgiving Holiday!
We're crossing our fingers you get out on this trail next year!! We appreciate your continued support and hope you have a great Thanksgiving as well.

The trees are Catawba. . . and don't make me wait that long for the "We''re outa here!!" Whew, thought you forgot it, hehe.

We have ridden a portion of this trail in Fishers, IN. When did you ride this trail?
This ride was in August of this year. Thanks for watching.
