12:40 Фитиль нужно ножницами равно обрезать, параллельно срезу механизма подачи фитиля, так обычно периодически делали, чтобы пламя было ровное. 13:36 Прикручивать фитиль нужно больше, чтобы пламя только чуть-чуть показывалось из щели. Иногда лампу ночью не тушили, чтобы не искать спички. Так же и прикручивают фитиль, когда тушат лампу, ладошку приставил сверху и задул. Не в лампу же дуть.

Just “nitpicking”, but why not trim the charred wick, otherwise nice restoration…..
Good Job, but a new wick and a little more effort in the painting job would make a much nicer finish
