For those of you suggesting I fix my clutter, that is indeed what I said in the video. We will fix the current house now since we are no longer moving. The current state of disarray is due to us leaving this house for a new house by August. But since it isn’t happening anymore, we have decided to just fix this current home where we are living in.Many of these things were naka box na, ready for the move 😬😅 So now I need to unbox and put them back in cabinets again hahaha 😂🤪 Yun ang pinakanakakafrustrate!

Study about fault lines too. I think isa yun sa dapat iconsider. I used to study near Pasay(Madocs), dun din dorm ko. I used to have weird dreams and hearing voices like "nagagalit ang dagat" at "lalamunin ng lupa ang lahat ng nasa ibabaw nito".. I saw people underground asking for help. That's was way back around 2008-2009. Hindi pa naipupublic yung "the big one" during that time. Kinwento ko sa classmates ko yun and they laugh at me, and then bigla nagkaearthquake at that exact moment. Imagine their panic dahil katabi lang kami ng seaside. Umalis ako sa lugar na yun and the weird dreams and voices stopped. Well, pag uwi ko sa province namin, I went to a born againbchurch and and I was exorcised.. I have the Spirit of Withcraft daw. Until now, I can still somehow see omens and read through people. Before this pandemic started, I saw weird things na naman. Like nakakakita ako ng mga maliliit na ilaw na lumulutang na parang glitters sa hangin tas bigla mawawala. And then one time, sobrang daming birds na nasa ulap flying like crazy. Nawala nman yun, but recently, bumabalik yung mga white lights na nakikita ko. I don't know what that means though.
@@bernadettejuridico5526 i do study fault lines. There is an actual app that tells u fault lines to shorelines to water and land problems to everything. And in short, pag tumingin ka dun, walang completely safe 🤣
For your prophetic gifting, I suggest you find someone from an evangelical charismatic church who can train you. Baka yan talaga gift na binigay sayo ni Lord but like any gift, if it is not used well or you do bot know how to use it all, can become a burden. 👍🏻

The part where you said “Peace and grief can both co-exist” just really hit me haha. I’ve been very confused these days thinking about some stuffs in my life, I don’t know if my feelings are valid or I’m just being dramatic. Sometimes I’m sad, frustrated, upset but sometimes I also feel that I’m ok, thinking that God will never forsake me and is that He’s always in control. I can’t distinguish what I’m feeling right now so every time I’ll ask myself about how I feel I can’t help but to get confused and frustrated sometimes . So just by hearing what you’ve said today just really helped me and bring so much peace in me, thank you Ms. Rica, God bless you.

You just put into words how we choose our house. We have never owned our own because whenever we are about to, we get another replanting by the Lord. And all those times, He finds us a perfect house to rent. Now that we are at the stage of owning, I can surely trust the Lord's will on this journey. ❤❤❤
Same experience. We had those couple of times if thinking to buy our own. But this time God has provisioned. 🙏 Praying for God's protection and Trusting Him fully.
I realized I was bargaining my plans to God and when I didn't get what I was hoping to achieve, I get frustrated. I shouldn't insist to write the story of my success. But rather, I must allow God to move . He is the BEST Author there ever is. I should rely that God knows the best for my life. 🤗
Yes. Indeed, we can be joyful amidst chaos.. peace over all the anxieties, everything that's bothering us. That's how God works. We must remember that whatever circumstances we may face, we can always be grateful and joyful. ❤ He has always purpose 😊

Sayang hindi na nagtuloy the house renting, but I hope you still do share the house renovation journey. I bought a property but hindi ko pa mastart the interior kasi I really don't know where to start. Realize and Believe is an inspiration on how to move forward.

I feel the same! Maybe this is really not the time for us to move! Since last year we are trying to build our house from a small budget, little by little we see progress and that we get excited more and more and then problems came and I had to battle with it alone. I felt that I am all alone in this though I talked it out with my Hubs but you see only God knows everything for us. True comfort is from the Lord. We just have to trust Him on this season of our life :-)

Gusto ko yung sinabi ni Mr Dy na Okay lang if you're still rentingbecause thats what God give us... (maybe for the moment lang diba?) kasi we've been married for 10 yrs, staying here in manila for 5 yrs. sometimes i forgot na ok korean pala ang asawa ko and we dont plan to stay here for good. because u know the feeling na ur almost 40 pero wala kayong sariling bahay. but i just trust my hsuband with his plans. and yes, im happy staying here in BGC, renting, in a safe, secure and comfortable condo. thanks Rica for sharing. talagang mahirap na all ur plans are not happening but we just have to trust the "wheel of life" i guess. go with the flow, ang imporante buhay tayo and we should enjoy our time with our family whether we live in a rented or owned house :)
We have so many similarities! I'm 41 and my husband and I are married for 13 yrs. We never owned a home. Eversince we got married we've been renting until now. I never pushed or pressure my husband into owning one. We are taking our time and trusting The Lord for His plans for us. Kasi as we get anxious and excited to have all our dreams turn into a reality, mas lalo lang hindi natutuloy. Basta keep on dreaming and keep on praying.

Very relatable eto sa mga moms who home school there kids. and distance learning. I'm also homeschooling my children took them out of regular school. Our working space gets so messy at a time. Parang na bagio na it drives me nuts. GOD'S AMAZING he knows us better than ourselves. He knows our needs. Keep safe and bless your family.

There’s pros and cons in both.
Growing up in a house is always great for me.
Then, I moved to Canada and experienced what it is to rent for the first time. It was also fun.
Spending in good quality kitchen materials is definitely worth your peso/dollar. I love having a big space for cooking and granite is such a great choice, too. I love it ❤️

I shared this to my sisters and mama kasi po when we started to build our new house the pandemic happened. We even finished moving our things to a rented house a day before the lockdown! You have to have at least for yourself some space and pause to rethink and reanalyze. And little by little, start on improving something. First, is to start to with the clutter.
Sometimes, kapag marami talagang clutter sa bahay, nakakagulo din nmn talaga ng isip.
Dapat nga kasi lilipat na kaya cluttered. Hindi na inayos bec palipat na. But we did not expect ma hindi matutuloy so now we have decided to fix this house instead and hold off on the moving.

I feel you ate ramdam na ramdam ko yong frustration sa plans na sa interior and suppliers baka ma depressed ako nyan pero grabe yong mindset mo sobrang lakas mapapa sana all nalang ako. Baka kaya di natuloy kasi e mentor mo daw muna ako 😄

I asked a pastor's wife why they did not move near the church and the members' houses. She said that her grandma advised them to live not so far away with the members to give their family enough space from the members at the same time they can also go to the members' homes whenever they need to. And she said to me, it's okay to not live near the members because some members don't recognize boundaries and limits. Don't feel guilty. A pastor's family also needs space.
Sta Rosa naman is huge 😁 so it isn’t exactly near to all 😅 but I am also naman not guilty about not moving. I will only be guilty if God calls and I refuse to follow. So at the end of the day, it’s what God wants to do that determines our decisions ☺️

kahapon nag bisekleta kami ng best friend ko at pumasok kame sa isang bagong subdivision na ang gaganda ng bahay, sabi ko makakabili ako ng isa don soon kapag kaya ko na pero hindi ko alam kung papaano kaya bago umusad yung bisekleta papalabas sa gayte ng mismong subdivision sumigaw ako ng “Lord! Makakabili ako ng bahay dito soon! Pero bigyan nyoko ng wisdom kung papaano” tapos nasa suggestions to. Nararamdaman ko na narinig ni Lord yung prayer ko kahapon kasi need ko yung knowledge nato. If you search a few videos back naayos na nila itong bahay ko. Hindi ko lang inaayos talaga this season because paalis na kami dapat. August was the target date of lipat. But since hindi na matutuloy, I will just fix this home again. But it needs replanning.
By God’s grace and willingness, maapprove na din kami sa bahay na kukunin namin. We applied for 2 houses na and unfortunately, di namin nakuha kasi andaming mga applicants at mas mataas inooffer nila. Since we only have our limit that was approved by the bank, yun lang basis namin.

Same concern. But when we asked, they have warranty. They will fix whatever happens to what they install. Also, nagimprove na ang solid surface from when it was marketed. I think they improved the quality and technology!
