In the small farm town where I grew up the name for three wheeled tractors was suicide tractor because they were too easy to tip over killing the operator.
Don’t put a lot of weight on the front and the front steering boxes are bad you’ll have to drill through the steering box all the way through down through the spindle on the outside and put long bolts to hold the steering box on
We had a nasty hair 44 also very hard steering the power shaft is so high it’s hard to hook anything up to the power staff should be lower so you can hook your implement straight in when they come out with a 444 the 444 bad power steering high low power move Lower spit out wheelsthree-point three point top arm, correct nice tractor
I should run the clip again. I am interested in Your reference to a Farmall H in comparison to a 44. The standard H is 152 Cubic Inch, a Super H is 164. A straight 44 is 260 Cubic Inches compared to a Farmall M at 247 and, a Super M at 264. A 33 Massey could easily lick an H let alone a 44. At a local Tractor Pull , two years ago, a 44 , properly up weighted in class, had a Full Pull,an 830 JD made 270 feet. Again, You’re comparing a 44 to an H ? ? ? I grew up on an H. In Their place They are a good Tractor. I also collect and fix both IH and MF/MH. I understand both well. Fergieman

I see the hydraulic system is removed. We plan on removing that as well. We have the same tractor, but scales 4200.
