The package that the almond milk is in on the shelves is called sterile terta pak cartons. Which allows it to be stored in room temp till it is open. The other kind is in a different carton and is sealed differently.
If the bottoms of those stools are metal just have Parker grind them down to size you want and just add new plastic stoppers to the bottom! Super easy fix.
It's like the Coke that is in the refrigerator vs the Coke on the shelf. It's just for convenience. Plus, people who are looking for milk are used to going to the refrigerated section for it, so even though nut milks don't need to be refrigerated before opening, it probably helps their sales to have it in the refrigerated section.

In Holland we have milk in the fridge but also out of the fridge. Our almond milk is outside of the fridge. The ones that are out of the fridge in the stores last longer ☺️

Almond milk in the cartons are asepticaly processes, which means the containers are sanitized and filled at ambient temperature and then seals in a sterile environment. So both milks are the same! No difference to the cartons on the fridge and in the shelf. :)
What I do is blend my spinach up with water and freeze them in ice cube trays and they last so long and it’s so easy to just add the cubes to smoothies!!!!

aspyn just cut off like an inch off the bottom of the chairs !!! then put the floor scratch preventer fluffs on the bottom so they don't scrape the floor !!
