Does the finger print scanner still work on a replacement? I’ve seen very many sellers claiming it doesn’t work as it’s coded to some logic board or something

I think it actually has something to do with the lcd being too thick for the touch sensor in the a70 (most people are replacing with an lcd not an oled)

I just replaced mine, but phone kinda feels laggy now, and fingerprint sensor says that it needs calibration to work. Also, animations are not smooth anymore, and overall performance dropped for some reason. And yeah, screen is not original, it's an LCD. Do you think that might be the issue for bad performance? I already tried taking it apart and re-seating everything but it does not help at all.

Get OEM for sure Refurb is just as good as well. Also lag can be caused from a bad battery.

Dude use Isopropyl Alcohol or if you don't have any use nail polish remover to loosen the glue for the battery. Just don't get it on the ink as it removes it too.

Just take easy way at expense of customer, if original led is still working, replace the glass is best option.
