I got closer to my brother when my brother was sick for a long time, seeing him lying in pain really hurt me .. after that I promised that I didn't want to see him hurt or sick again, so naturally I loved him more than ever, and he felt grateful for that, and ended up taking good care of me too.

I find it weird that Korean people think brothers and sisters are automatically bickering and don't like each other. I know it's rare, but to say he's lying about her being his sister is too much. My sister and I are 8 years apart and when I was little she took care of me because my parents worked and our older sister was never home. As a result, we got closer to each other, even to the point she wants me to move in with her. But, my point is I hate that they try to say that there's no way they're siblings just because she comes over on her day off or has a fight with her boyfriend. I hate the stigmas they (not just Korean ppl but everybody who aren’t from the states) have when it comes to society and the way things "should" be.
I know right. My sister who is three years older moved with me to college because I was scared to do it by myself. She drove 45 minutes every day to get to work. I love her and my other siblings so much that fighting with them is rare.

My sister and I used to fight a lot when we were young. We’re 2 & 1/2 years apart and we stopped trying to kill each other when my sis was half way through high-school. This is how me and my siblings are. It's annoying that when people see siblings being loving and caring towards each other without fighting every two seconds they think it's weird. The fact that they said it was his girlfriend just because she freely walked around his house and cleaned up for him was really stupid. Siblings don't have to be aurging for it to be normal!
