Here's downside to event creator: Can't change time, so start at say Late Afternoon, change to Evening part way through then have it change to night near the end - wanted to do that for my "Eclipse Chasers" event but failed.
You can set the flow of time from Fixed to Rolling, meaning time progresses at the normal rate starting from the time of day you set. You can’t granularly control the speed at which the time of day changes, or cue it to change, so the best you can do is try to structure your event to synch up with the ingame time as best you can, but it’s something! It can be cool to start a race early morning so the sun rises while you drive, for example

You need to play the maps that dont work in pvp mode. If you play them in co op the race finishes cus it thinks you have won as there are no people in the other team

The events didn’t work because you selected CO-OP which both puts you in the same team, making you win automatically. You have to select PVP.

You can change it. You can set it to fixed. Then choose day or night and it will stay to what its set at

There's a good challenge/race its actually an offroad/rock crawling and its pretty good. They've made an ebisu drift track aswell.

to play those broken instant-finish events you have to make it pvp! (At least that's what i found out worked for me and my friends)
