2:11:24 is common for me, usually one of the guys is stuck somewhere, seeing as one of them was in the ground- I wouldn't be surprised if it happened for you. I usually get out of it by using second wind, which gives you some insane strength that allows you to lift the gate enough to get under it.

This is really stupid but go to your sound device settings, go to the default device you use for your audio and turn off audio enhancements...for some reason I was getting mad lag on every stream for no reason what so ever, but this fixed it! For good measure, turn it off on all audio devices and see if it makes a difference. Let me know if it works.
