To me, the biggest highlight of the video is Matt's childlike joy and chuckling when talking about cereal. To think that of all the things he presents us with, from luxury cheese tasting to 7-star hotel tours, he would be most excited about "cereal for grown-ups"
Agreed, but for me, any chewing noises, lip smacking, etc. gives me the rage. I think Matt is spectacular and I love his videos, but I just can’t watch any of his tasting videos.

Not the "they even say the picture is enlarged to show detail",,,,,,,,. pretty sure that's a requirement. grab any other cereal box and look closely, you'll probably see the exact same phrase. not to say that it isn't probably good cereal (although can we call it as such without any cereals in it ??) or that i am not a matt fan, but erm...... just eat some oatmeal it'll be tastier
I have a feeling you've read more on this topic and likely know a lot more than I do and I'm sure to a certain extent you're right! However hard tack is entirely natural food and can last literally years without spoiling. I'm not sure shelf life is necessarily indicative of added preservatives or something being unnatural etc.
Just a heads up , I’ve made the mistake of buying this cereal for about 60$, including shipping, and they are awful. The cocoa one is the only one that isn’t disgusting. They taste like raw protein powder.
