Nice film, showing good memories together. I was able to hike the Laugavegur trail with my mom so I also have good shared memories.

Hey Jay!
Thanks a lot my friend!
Sometimes, I hold back, and I'm tough on myself.. I shouldn't put so much pressure on myself, and actually start posting more! Not every single piece needs to be perfect! I actually have 3 videos in the works.. One about vintage lenses, one spec ad, and my Zion National Park Travel Film! You can expect some more content very shortly!🙌
Dude, your Iceland video is epic!
Those BMPCC6k PRO shots are insane. It's like I'm right there with you on Iceland's Ring Road, experiencing all that beauty. Your editing and music are spot-on, and this video is pure travel inspiration.
Keep 'em coming, man! 👏👏👏 HUGE like 316

I went to Iceland in 2019...what a beautiful place!
I totally agree with you!!🙌
that Gen 5 colour science magic yet again
Absolutely love the Gen 5 colour science!👍
what f stops were you using for this video?
@@quiztasiarocks Between f2.8 and f4 for most of the video.. A couple landscape shots at 5.6😜
Superb!
Thank you so much, Brian! I really appreciate it!😀
Hell yeah dude! I have been waiting for this!! Looks like it was an amazing trip. Loved watching this. And jeez dude those locations were Insane looking! I Can't even imagine how it must've looked in person! The music was such a good touch to this project🙌🔥

Thank you very much Ben!😀
Wow this is absolutely incredible 👍
Thank you so much🙌
Holy shit, dude! What a gorgeous film!
Thank you so much Germano! It means a lot! 😀
Amazing!! Considering purchasing either this or Lumix S5, both of which have non-existent AF-C. I was wondering if its easy to focus manually for these shots? Do you set the focus at infinity most of the time, since your footage is so accurately focused.
Thanks a lot! Manual focus is something that requires a lot of practice, but once you get the hang of it, a lot of us actually much prefer focusing manually.. It has changed how I shoot significantly, but no, I do not set my focus to infinity all the time.. You can use focus peaking, to make sure you're in focus.. Hope this helps!
The editing is on point as well my friend🔥🔥🔥
Thanks dude!🙌🙌
SENSATIONAL
Thank you so much🙌
Wonderful! What s the drone model? Love your work!
Hi Vittorio! Thanks a lot! All the drone clips were shot on the Mavic Air 2👍
Beautiful.
Thank you very much🙌
Great work!! Awesome shots 😎
Thank you very much Andri🙌
Beautiful story telling!
Thanks a lot James🙌
@@alexcormier97 No problem Alex! Keep up the great content :)
Incredible 😮
Thanks a lot🙌
Great work! Love it!
Thank you very much🙌
Awesome video dude, watched this to try and get some inspiration for my Iceland video. I'm having some editors block lmao
Thank you so much! It means a lot! Have you watched Sam Newton's Iceland videos? He's got some of the best Iceland videos on YT, and I'd strongly recommend you to watch them! 😀
Yes I love Sam Newton! I made a short film for him that I posted on my channel to get his attention but it didn't get much attention lol@@alexcormier97
Great footage ! Love the cinematic shots - well done
Subscribed to your channel
Thank you very much! It means a lot🙌
Can you please do a video of the grading process of these amazing footages..
Check out the end of my New York video.. I have a tutorial at the end! You can also have a look at my Secret Life of Walter Mitty look tutorial👍👍
@@alexcormier97 sure👍
Beautiful!
Thanks a lot Jan🙌
Beautiful video 🙏
Thank you very much Daniel🙌
Sick 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
thanks a lot🙌
Yo Alex, did you use anamorphics on this, incl a anamorphics filter on the drone, or did you just crop in?
Cheers, S.
Hey! no, it wasn't shot anamorphic, I just put Output blanking at 2.35 in Davinci resolve to get that aspect ratio👍
How come you have so less views?? This is brilliant stuff!
I'm still fairly new to TH-cam! Hopefully I'll get to a point where my videos are actually seen.. Thank you so much for the support! It means a lot🙌
your BMPCC6KPRO was mounted on a drone ? This is sick !
The drone shots were actually taken on a Mavic Air 2.. but all the other shots were taken on my bmpcc👍
@@alexcormier97 ok so it’s more a Mavic Air 2 video haah
@@IsThatYouSimon I guess you could say that😅
Very nice!! Do you prefer dlog or hlg?
My drone only does D-Cinelike unfortunately! I don't have d-log on the Mavic air 2, but that's what I would choose if it was an option👍
Absolutely stunning. You really display this camera's capabilities, and your own talent.
Can I ask, are your FD's converted to EF or did you use an adapter?
Thank you so much! I converted them to EF using the Simmod conversion kits👍
@@alexcormier97 It's something I'm looking into myself. Would love to see your grading workflow on this - any plans to? 😁😁😁
scratch that, just seen you already have a vid on it :)
@@hellionfilms2349 Strongly recommend Film Convert! If you have any questions about the plugin, don't hesitate! I also have a discount code if you're interested! It's: ALEX10 👍
@@alexcormier97 thanks man.bive looked into it a few times. Trying to weigh up the benefit of the plugin verses Resolves own tools. Is it purely the film stock options? And does it hinder the image at all doing the film convert adjustments all on one node?
I see some people swear by it.
Amazing video!! Hi from méxico!! What lenses did u use??
Hey Gerardo! I used my Canon FD vintage lenses (24mm f2.8, 50mm f1.4 and 85mm f1.8)😁
what lens did you use
My set of Canon nFD vintage lenses (24mm f2.8, 50mm f1.4 and 85mm f1.8👍
wow man, how do you stabilize the bmpcc6k?
This video was shot with a mix of handheld/ronin rs2 stabilizer.. In post, I also used Davinci Resolve's stabilization to make the footage even smoother👍
Just discovered your channel ! Stunning images Great work mate!! Also: the BM6kpro is a beast! Amazing! 👏
Welcome to the channel, Gabriel! Thanks a lot for the kind words.. It means a lot🙌
Amazing visuals! For the drone shots did you shoot with the Mavic 3? cheers!🤙
I used the Mavic Air 2.. an old drone, but it gets the job done for now👍 I'll upgrade to the Mavic 3 eventually😎
@@alexcormier97 Amazing bro! keep the visuals coming 👏
@@ninthxmain Thank you very much Brian!
How big was your drone?
Pretty small, it's a Mavic Air 2😀
What lense😊❤
What lense did you use?
It was shot mostly on the Canon nFD 24mm f2.8, but I also used the 50 and the 85 for a couple shots👍
Canon nFD 24mm f2.8
Canon nFD 50mm f1.4
Canon nFD 85mm f1.8
so beuatiful!
I really appreciate it! Thank you😃
