Thank you Simon and Dr Josef for this interview. Living with PSSD is horrible, and we need more awareness.

I’ve given up hope. I had a terrible reaction to fluoxetine and am left with sexual dysfunction (erectile dysfunction, genital numbness, pleasureless orgasms) and anhedonia. I initially had akathisia but thankfully that passed and went away.
I don’t think I’ll ever have my sexual functioning back or the ability to feel pleasure from things I used to anymore.

The amount of damage psychiatry and bad psychologists (psychiatry usual accomplice in crime) did to my life is beyond measuring. And beyond believing.
I have many more new trauma instead of solving or finding relief from previous trauma.
Think Christopher Walken on The deer hunter.
The so called mental health professionals leave a trail of empty shells of persons instead of helping.
We live in health / medicine stone age and mental health is even worse.
      Best wishes.

_Let’s get rid of this terrible disease for us all once and for all_
They make millions with psychiatry and all the drugs.
It is going to be a extremely difficult battle.
They have almost infinite billions to fight.
They regularly spend billions in marketing and most people is, sadly, indoctrinated by the lies they say.

This is called an iatrogenic problem. Not a disease. This is a medically caused physical huge problem. This is such a nice person. Such a normal great guy. And this drug is pharmacological sexual assault on this great guy with his entire life ahead of him. What a courageous guy to help us beware of what can happen. To protect us. Thank you to him. A really great person to share this. For us.

These evil damaging drugs cause dry mouth when on the drug, very known adverse effect. It's on the drug leaflet.
As you lose the protective effect saliva, cavities prosper a lot. And your teeth rot.
    Psychiatrists should know.
Which is what you suppose when you deposit your trust on one of these health destroyers in a moment of need.
At least you are showing a little humility and ask the victims.
    Best wishes.

Having penetrating sex with genital numbness is the same as putting on a strap-on and having sex. In both cases you don't feel nothing, just a foreign object down there doing some motions.

Nobody tried 30 days fasting that I know.
      Who knows if it helps.
Most desperate damaged by drugs communities members try a lot of drugs and/or diet supplements.
Many of them have little effect on some, and cause worsening of symptoms on others.
Why do you think 30 days fasting would help?
