    As usual...Great job Naveen!!
    But I have something to add..... in this video, you have represented PO, Dev and QA and created multiple tasks corresponding to the role and moved them across the Jira board.
    Please clarify "As a Dev, am I responsible to move only the tickers created by me"? and who is responsible to change the status of the user story in a team once Dev and QA moves their tickets to done status?
    Finally, I didn't come across Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog terms in this video. Is this something you are covering in upcoming video sessions?

    I have a question, does BO writes user stories or PO? Or it depend on the company?

    • @offerskadugudappa2590
      @offerskadugudappa2590 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Anyone of the scrum team can write the story. There is no BO role in Scrum. However, PO might have the final say with what is in the story.

    • @yaseeniqbal1865
      @yaseeniqbal1865 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tbh while writing user stories all the members of the scrum needs to be involved, but it is the PO who writes the user stories

      No Yasheen. Not all are required.And there isn't any ceremony which states this. It is the PO who tells what the requirement is. If you are answering 'how a story must be written' then you are correct as everyone in the team should understand the requirement.

    Please don’t use agile crap. It will destroy your project.

      We had great success with agile, so for us it's not a crap.

      When implemented correctly, seems to a be better one than waterfall.

    • @yaseeniqbal1865
      @yaseeniqbal1865 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      As agile says it’s people over process, agile is not a textbook solution for everything and neither is it a problem maker for everything. You can take the features from agile you like and include in your team which will help your team succeed.
