Elders am dissappointed in you. No matter the circumstances Govt most compensate their LOST. At least 50% compensation. Some are victim of GIS itself. Where is the officiële warming letter from the Govt when those people were lying foundation? .
Some of the people were warned not to build on the land even before they laid the first brick but still went ahead to build thinking that nothing will happen, most of our people most often tend to deliberately do the wrong thing.
My people the truth need to be told and the world need to know the truth about this demolition exercise. 1. There's a place where government reserve land is located 2. There's ancient existing community of over 200 years in that very location 3. There's a palm farm owned by an individual with relevant documents The pain of the people is not only in the demolition of structures on government Reserves land but for the government to forcefully include their respective ancestral homes dilapidated and reconstructed by children as well as the free areas they had left for them after the government has earlier taken the land they needed in time past not this 2017 matter. Pls if any one can make researches you will see what I'm talking about. My point here is, if the government has taken over only the government reserve land and live their respective ancestral houses and the free areas for them, I don't think anyone with right senses will even complain. They need to do approvals before building but ppl just buy land and start building. If you do due process, na there you de know say you can't build.
