I've never actually ordered one, I just always waited for them to make a batch and then bought it from DLT or KSF. So, I don't know how long it takes. 2 or 3 years sounds too long. I did email Bark River about a year or so ago just asking a simple question that they could answer in a sentence or two and they never responded. I think maybe they need to look at their customer service plan and see if they need to make some changes.
