He is btw one of the cars, what I placed in my Villa Garage to other classic cars, like the Chevrolet Malibu Wagon, Halloween hot rod (looks for me a bit like the 1930 Ford Vicky), the Chevrolet Bel Air, and in the middle is my Bugatti SC Arlantic!

I have the PeopleWagen Rally, the awesome part is I am using it for the Winter Event Phase 2 Ice Race and its really great. I cant seem to find it anywhere not even on the limited section but I believe its really rare, what do you think?
