    • @RVBlogger

      We don't choose RVs based on price. These are typical RVs seen at dealerships and RV shows. The prices are higher these days but know pays MSRP. @@TRUECRIMESPTV

      Yeah Alex, that was going through my mind too, the prices for these basic small TT have literally doubled since 4-5 yrs ago.

    I liked all three of these but I can't help but think in trailers for 2 people a fixed dinette is a waste of space. For only two people you could have a couple of folding chairs and a small folding table sufficient for meals or laptops or playing cards. They don't have to be attached when in use because the trailer won't be moving at that time anyway, you could even use them outside in nice weather. When not in use they could just fold up and click in place to one of the walls. That would leave more space for storage and/or moving around inside the trailer.

    I personally didn't care for any of them. I have a 2018 Freedom Express 192RBS and it's been a great couple's camper for us. The bed is a full 60x80 queen bed with a north/south orientation, making it easy for either of us to get up without disturbing the other. It has plenty of counter space. The microwave is up high, where you can keep an eye on food as it's cooking. It has a three burner stove with oven. And the commode easily passes the elbow test. I'm 6' 2" and I have no problems standing up in the shower.

    The Airstream Bambi may have been a better representation of a small travel trailer. Have you reviewed the Nucamp T@B 320S? It's by far my favorite at camper shows and the smallest/lightest I've found with a full bath and still under 3500 GVWR. I love Airstream, but the price, while worth it, is out of my zone.

    We have a 2021 Grand design 22RBE XLS. I pull it with my half ton easily with a dry weight of 5125 and a hitch weight of 497.
    We have a big bathroom in the rear with a 30 x 36 shower, our regular 60 x 80 queen bed you can walk around is in front and the slide with 2 theater chairs and our table is on the camp side and sits right across from the 32" Roku TV. We have huge counter space, a good size farm sink and an 8 cu ft refrigerator and a good size freezer.
    I think the tank sizes are fresh 82, Black 37, 2 Grey one front for the sink one in back for the shower / sink at 21 each for a total of 42.
    We do have a power awning and the slide does not take up too much awning space.
    4 people could sit under it just fine.
    It didn't cost us an arm and a leg - under $20k in 2021.
    At a total end to end length of 26' (the box is 22') we can fit into any national park spot.

    What kind of person designs beds that are less than 6 feet long? Plus, the upper bed is way too high off the floor unnecessarily. It could be dropped down another 2 feet lower with a different bed-lift system. I would love to see you try to get up into that upper bed. They should have made the large storage cabinet 1 foot less wide to allow more normal length beds. Started out with a great design but failed on the beds for no good reason.

    I really like the idea of the bed that you pull down on struts. I wasn't to build me my own camper and what I have seen people use for there beds to be lowered is not only complicated but also expensive whereas 4 shocks would work great.
    So that to me is a really good design. Then on the floor I would want a more residential looking couch and probably 2 swivel chairs on the other side with a small table that would pop up between the 2 chairs so it makes it a place to eat and to make it more like a tiny home.
    I myself am very short at 4ft 11in tall so the height would not matter to me.
    I also like the all in one bath because it saves on so much space.
    Hopefully soon one of these
    companies would be able to make one light enough to where a regular sized car would be able to pull it with no problem.
    I read in one of the comments that someone said you showed one that had a Murphy bed and I would like to find that video and watch it because that also is a cool idea.

    This video is not what I was expecting these travel trailers are way too big and way too expensive.

      @@RVBlogger I think "small" and "Couples" throws out the last trailer for sure that sleeps 4 and is over $100,000 and 24 ft long...?

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@pesto12601 I see your point on the length. Not everyone thinks 24' is small. But in comparison to the TT we see it's smallish. We always include max sleep capacity. It can sleep 4 because you can turn the dinette and sofa into sleeping areas. Doesn't mean it isn't great for couples only.

    This review came at the perfect time as we are starting to look for a smaller tow behind for semi retirement traveling thru the US and both Eastern / Western Canada. We want something comfortable but easy to tow and setup with our 2018 Silverado 4x4. Has to be quick and easy to setup as we will pulling in late and leaving early. We will also be subbing in occasional Hotel stays and also restaurant visits. Thanks perfect timing ...... 👌

    Dear friend, which travel trailer would I be able to tow on a 2022 Bronco Sport Outerbanks?

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's tow capacity is only 2,000 lbs. There isn't many travel trailers you could tow. You would have to stick to something this size. th-cam.com/video/phbcFLXXnuQ/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching and commenting.

    R-pod 171. That faucet is a good one for cooks. It is used to fill soup pots on the stove as well as doing the dishes. So it is a nice feature for that.

    Like the airstream, and the lay out. I like the twin beds idea, one for me the other for my dog. I notice the price per month is half of what I pay in rent.

      The Airstream International 23FB is a great small camper floor plan. Along with the camper payment also comes campground expenses. It can be, but isn't always, a cost savings living in a camper. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
