He plays fast bowling really well as well as spin. He can be a trump card in away matches for Nepal. He knows how to build innings and partnerships. He have good stability in his batting.

Unless Nepal has a national/state academies with good coaches and facilities, Nepal will continue to struggle with the skill- that includes the batting skill. Talented players should be identified early and worked on their techniques and by the time they reach U19 level, they should be 99% there skill wise. Remaining will come with experience. However in Nepal, players come from schools who have either not trained or trained in some local academy with less than ideal trainers, are only discovered when they are already 15/16 and have huge gap in skill/techniques when they reach U19. Only when they reach U19 level, they get some kind of training by CAN. By that time it's too late. National team players have major deficiency in skill. So unless CAN is serious about national academy, the team will struggle against good sides. The problem is that people like Paras Khadka, Gyanendra Malla already have their own private academies. So they don't seem in a hurry to establish national academy.
