Some kisses in dramas feel like they're just there for the fans, but this one felt like it was only for Pat and Pran, like they were real people with real feelings, pain and history, and they truly needed that kiss. Ohm and Nanon brought the characters to life so beautifully ❤️

Can we also just talk about how Pat figured out his feelings for Pran so quickly, like the moment he realized his feelings for him, he didn't even hesitate to wait no longer, he wanted to confront Pran about his feelings and realization, he didn't even think of whether Pran likes him back or not, he literally just went for it and it only took him ONE episode to do it unlike in some BL series where it would at least take two episodes for the characters to act up on their feelings and confront their love interests, i like how it's like that in Bad Buddy, it gives off a refreshing feeling to see a character simply accepting his feelings and embrace them without any fear, on the other hand, we have Pran who's been in love with Pat for years, yet he never dared to try and approach him with the intentions of dating him or confessing his feelings, it's because he just genuinely thinks that Pat would never like him back in that way, though often times, you can see Pran's eyes glimmer with hope whenever Pat says or does something that insinuate in a romantic way but he just shrugs off that thought/hope because he doesn't want to fall even more for Pat (we know he failed at that) and get his hopes up, it's just very interesting to see the difference between Pat and Pran's personalities when it comes to approaching their love interests and how they either act up on their feelings or refuse to do anything.

The scene where Pat smiled after kiss but Pran only cried further and walked away, and Pat was left standing alone while his smile slowly disappeared, that scene broke me. WOW

Pat's jealousy for Wai runs more deeper than what it looks like, he's not just simply jealous that Pran is close with Wai or spending time with him, it's just more about the fact that Pran played a song that is supposed to be theirs only, and now it's being shared with Wai who's more closer to Pran, not only that, Pat is jealous because Pran can able to hang out with Wai without the fear of being caught by his parents, Pran's mother approving Wai and letting him visit their home occasionally says a lot for Pat, he wants to have that too, he wants to hang out, talk and just be with Pran freely without having to worry about their parents fighting or separating them like before, that's why his jealously bursted when he approached Pran and Wai, he desperately wanted to let Wai know that they aren't simply enemies, but that him and Pran have something between them that runs deeper than that and that song is theirs only.

Yep, I agree. I thought the same thing while watching the scene in the room. And espacially what Pat says on the rooftop confirms it. He doesn't want all this competing and rivalry. He just wants them to be close. And Pran can have that openly with Wai and that is so sad for Pat. Last episode was feeling bad for Pran now it shifted heavily. That's how amazing P'Aof creates his shows and how amazing these actors are bringing all these feels to us.
Yes! My same thoughts. He’s jealous of the place Wai is able to hold in Prans life more so than the person!! Also Wai has kind of taken his place beside him where as before he moved even though their parents didn’t know, Pat was actually Pran’s best friend and Vice Versa!!

The kiss scene is done so well, like we can literally see how much they long, want and love each other, their desire to give into their feelings, the desperation of not caring for once about anyone else in that moment, it's something that they truly needed to let out everything that they have felt, yet the moment they pulled away from each other, you can see that while Pat is happy and relieved to see his feelings is being reciprocated and is ready to give into his feelings for Pran, Pran on the other hand, is scared, he realizes that although he got his feelings reciprocated, he never thought that Pat would ever fall for him or have feelings for him, and because of that, he never thought of the fear that they could face if they are together while their parents and friends are up against on each other's neck, Pat is ready to be with Pran, but for Pran, he's scared, he knows that there will be consequences for their relationship, and its something that he never thought of, nor is he ready for it, but it's definitely shown in the next episode that Pat understands what he thinks, that's why he thinks they should give their relationship a shot at least without caring for anyone else, and because their pride and ego are so big, they decided to challenge each other and compete in who would fall for each other first, and that bet is only an excuse for them to experience their relationship without the fearing of it being "real" but we all know that's not true, even they themselves know that as well but we don't know what will happen so we can only wait and see what's going to go down for us in the next episode!
This is the best bl series for me
i think for pran, he was also deeply hurt and confused because of this whole situation of pat supposedly liking ink. pat made him confused by acting in a way that friends normally wouldn’t, so pran constantly tried to convince himself that there was nothing more to it than that. that it wasn’t possible. and then pat starts pursuing ink, claiming he likes her and is seen out with her on a date and wearing the bracelet she made for him. i’m pretty sure pran convinced himself of the fact that his feelings would never be reciprocated because pat would *obviously* pick a ink, who is a pretty girl that he likes, over some guy who he can’t even be seen out with. and then pat confronts him, acting all weird and overstepping his boundaries. they kiss, and while pat is happy pran is hurt because of many reasons but i also think he’s more hurt by pat possibly leading him on. his situation with ink was not cleared or explained, so he’s assuming pat is just playing with him. their unresolved issues with their friend group and unresolved relationship is also a cause for worry :/
The rooftop scene fucked me up completely, my hands were shaking so much, I didn't know what to do with myself 😭 The city lights, the music, the passion and pure desperation and longing they put into the kiss, the tears, the heavy breathing and the way they held each other as if they were afraid the other would slip away, and then Pat's look of complete relief afterwards and Pran's expression full of overwhelm. It was just masterpiece. If this was only episode 5, I just know this series is gonna be the death of me 😩
Exactly!!!! Their eyes and lips (especially the way pat's lips quiver when he made his confession) was just.... overwhelming.

This is one of the best episodes I've seen ever, not just in BL. The emotions they convayed here, the way everything was shot, the fight, that kiss!! Ohm and Nanon really put the best of their acting in this episode, I mean even the way they were breathing made me feel things. We could see their emotions in their eyes, the way they looked at each other, the way they acted around each other and in some scenes they didn't even need to talk. This was relly THE PERFECT EPISODE.
After the kiss, Pat felt relieve and Pran felt scared! 💔 their acting deserves an OSCAR!
Literally everything made so much sense when ohmnanon reacted to the preview of ep5 and saw the rooftop scene last week in safehouse, because they knew it was the kissing scene and they both freaked out and panicked because they didn't think that scene would arrive early in the series, i mean even we thought we wouldn't have a kiss scene til later on perhaps in episode 8 or 9, but they really surprised us greatly
I feel like the reason for Prans tears after the kiss goes back to what he said “you’ve got to stop doing this to me”. He might think this is Pat being impulsive and his feelings are not true. The emotions from everything they “didn’t” say…wow 🤯
You know what I appreciate and love the most about this episode, besides the kissing scene, is the realization of Pat’s feelings for Pran. It was so believable and not cringy at all. I also like the way Pran explained how he wants the song to feel and what he wants to convey to the listeners. Feelings of being afraid to feel because you are afraid of heartbreak. This is something that I think most of the lgbtqia+ kids feel when they fall in love with their straight friends. Mistaking their actions as something they do out of love instead of friendship. I love this episode so much.
Honestly ohm and Nanon are phenomenal...the scene where Wai brought Pran home and pat said "come here" it was soft like come here imma take care of yo drunk ass cus you're the love of my life😂and I'm starting to think you were right maybe Wai really likes Pran.this series is perfect
I am glad that I am not the only one who feels like that. The voice tone of Pat when he says "Come here" tells how Pat wants to be with Pran, how jelous he is to see Pran with Waii and how Pat wants to take care of Pran

I find it so funny that not only were we all shocked by an excellent kiss by GMMTV at ep 5 but throughout it we kept saying Ohm and Nanon and forgetting it was Pat and Pran because we were sooo impressed they could get beyond their friendship and Nanon being new to BL and deliver all throughout like THAT!! JUST WOW!

Tbh idk but P'Aof did amazing job with all his series, first like brightwin which is everyone know them, their chemistry is incredible, and then we got amazing earthmix and that series was beyond amazing, their chemistry, the story, and now we got bad buddy, the story make us feel rollercoaster emotions, ohm and nanon did incredible chemistry, emotions, fells that make us laugh, shy, cry, idk how to tell, and we know that P'Aof also taught them what to do, and they all did amazing job
Also i want to give big appreciate to ohm, this is his best acting through all his series, his acting is amazing compared the rest of his series, idk because pat character is similar to him, or because his partner is nanon, but this one is his best acting and series, and nanon? His acting always amazing, the way he delivered emotions through his eyes tho, but his first bl? It's unbelievable, maybe because he's comfortable to work with ohm also, but they did amazing job, hands down
This episode was so good. My fingers were shakingg afterr the ending, i was barely breathing. The way the episode got so intense suddenly and u like u can FEEL every emotion, every stare. Im pretty sure ofc those feelings were in Pat since high school but maybe he couldnt name them either back then and reflected those feelings towards Ink bc i cant explain but that rooftop scene even when Pat was fighting with Wai( if i can say it like that dndjdj) felt more. As if there is still a huge something that we don't know. I kept thinking there must've been something moree bc those feelings that they showed on the rooftop... i dont even have words to describe it. But i just know we all felt that.
Also someone mentioned it somewhere why Pat was kinda that jelous and the words made my heart kinda hurt for Pat and Pran. Bc Wai kinda has what Pat can't have. Like Pran's mother liking him or for Pat to easily go to Pran's house, publicly speak to him, be beside him, be in the same band without a trouble... ita so fcked up and all of this cause of parents...
Im really so excited to see the development of the plot and how will their friends know, their parentss too, how will Pat and Pran deal with it. Idk I just really want for Pat at least have an open conversation with Pha and share it with her at some point. Now it really feels like Pat doesnt really care if other ppl will find out. and it shows how he behaves or how for example when they were having a rugby game, how Pat didn't even care and came and lend his hand towards Pran to help him get up. He really didnt care about anyone else or their opinions but i guess it will be more of a huge thing for Pran and i can understand him... we dont even really know why Pran's mom transferred him to another school exactly, so maybe Pran will be afraid of the same situation or what will come with it. we will see i guess...
Also the longingg in their kiss as if they wanted to have that closure for such a long time, it realy feels like a forbidden kiss as someone already mentioned, and u couldve get hints of their actions before how they couldn't even keep their hands off of each other even if it was just a little.hit on the shoulder.

Watching this series alone is kinda sad. Like I cannot share how happy, crazy and and then all of a sudden giggling and then crying and hugging a pillow. That's why I watch reactions videos like yours and from other youtube channels as well, to know whether we have the same feelings and reactions. I wish I can find my buddy also when it comes to watching magnificent bl series like Bad Buddy.💜

It's been hrs since I watched and I'm still not over it,,,this show is everything,,the kiss had me screaming ..them crying had me..and the acting from both top tier..xx
I know Pat is very jealous of Wai because first of all Pran can be his friends out in the open without their parents and friends being upset. The fact that Pran's mom likes Wai is a really big point of insecurity for Pat and it makes sense. Also them singing the song Pran and Pat wrote together was just too much honestly. But I feel like once Pat finds out the true extent of Pran's feelings he'll be fine because he'll find out that regardless of Pran's mom liking Wai and it being an easier relationship Wai isn't the one that Pran wants. Wai isn't the one Pran loves. Obviously this issue will probably present itself when Pran has to choose Pat and stand with him despite his parents and friends disapproval. I think thats why he walked away after the kiss because for Pat he just realized that the boy he likes likes him back however for Pran he was more comfortable observing from afar because even if hiis heart was broken with the prospect of Pat possibly liking ink, they were still together and his mom hadn't shipped him off to another university so its like there was safety in heartbreak. Now with kiss it complicates things because Pat is waaaay more impulsive than Pran. So I think they will be ok ultimately if Pran is able to just admit his feelings to his friends and parents but his fear is understandable because his mom made him transfer schools so they wouldn't see each other just because they were in a band together. However I think that its ok because they are older now so even if she moves him to a different university they have the means to see each other yes it'll be hard but now its just a matter of them deciding if they really want to be together despite all the hardships.
Yes I completely agree. I just hope that Pran realizes that Pats personality is the one that he needs. When it comes to love and life, you cant plan it and sometimes you cant follow your head 247, his heart will lead the way. Tbh i think the fact that Pran saved Pa’s life will come up as a way to mend between the parents especially Pat’s cause Pran literally saved their daughter.
And now look at ep. 9. This remind of a scene where Pat is willing to post on IG that they broke up just so that Wai won't be mad at Pran but Pran stop him.

No one could have prepared me for that rooftop scene. I was not expecting anything good to come out of it, let alone a kiss!! a passionate, intense, romantic, thrilling, and all too real kiss at that. Just like what you said, Bestie, it was just perfection, and not just the kiss, from beginning to end, this episode was perfect in every possible way. I already prepared myself to be disappointed before watching this episode because of the preview, but I'm so glad I was proven wrong by P'Aof and the actors, especially my baby Nanon 🥺🥺 that argument scene, all three were amazing but Nanon again was on another level and that just firmly planted his spot as one of my all time faves now

Everyone can agree that _that rooftop scene_ was indeed *legendary* and will go down in history, that's a fact on periodt. 💯 But like you Javi I did tear up first upon hearing Pran tell everyone that he made the song he'll perform with his 'high school friend'. 🥺 Their acting was just phenomenal, taking us in for a ride with them in an emotional rollercoaster. 😩 I also loved seeing certain gestures Ohm & Nanon really do in real life, like Ohm doing that goofy eye blinking and Nanon slapping his hand off him. It all just makes BBS much more meaningful, relatable, and an amazing experience we get to enjoy. P'Aof and everyone really be doing the most for us! 💕

Really hoping Ink and Pa have a storyline, having a GL as the second lead romance is just so freaking cool. Really hoping the little hints they give us are real, just look at the eyes Ink gaves to Pa, and even Pa says she likes her.
They've strong feeling for each other for so long Pat have just took more time to realese it that's all. With the conflict between their family and their friend they couldn't pass that stage. At the End Pat is happy because he see that pran have the same feeling and he's happy because finally he've this feeling out of his chest but Pran is more worry because he knows that they will never be together bcs of their family, so even if he let everything go out of his chest too at this moment, he knows that they will suffer later bcs of this. Two real and contrasted feeling. THE BEST KISS from GMMTV BL series for sure. It's was so passionate and one of the best in the BL history and for sure one of the best in Thai BL history. If they don't win something with this scene...
Pat's was a kiss of confirmation hence its shortness because within that short period of the initial kiss Pat was already sure, while Pran's was a kiss that was longing, a kiss that was comprised of his accumulated feelings for Pat. In the end Pat was happy that he was sure of his feelings for Pran and that Pran somehow reciprocated it, but we can obviously see the contrast whereas Pat was just that of happy realization while Pran was that of Mixed emotions from everything that he had felt for Pat to his moments of confusion because of the mixed signals that Pat initially gave him and of course their situation
I've never been a fan of BL then this one was recommended and damn I was hooked. That kiss felt so genuine btw.

People can’t say these guys are bad actors after that kiss like damn, the emotion, the tension, the release of everything building up to that moment and it was all beautifully acted through that kiss and it’s aftermath. Simply amazing.
I'm not over it. I will never be. You know this kiss scene reminds me so much of Vlad and Karls first kiss in GSP, not in a bad way of course, I mean the feeling it gave, the aura of it. Just really really special.

This episode made me feel so many things, I just can't. The whole realization process was so beautiful and also Ink as an obvious ally, it's pretty clear she knows what's going on. The whole flashbacks about their song and the triangle confrontation were so amazingly acted. Just wow, the acting feels so real the chemistry is off the charts. I love how Wai is put in the middle, where you don't know if he has feelings for Pran or maybe he is just protective of his friend. That was so good. And than the whole rooftop scene came out of nowhere, this was so unexpected but that dialogue gave all the feels. Kudos to Ohm and Nanon, that was absolute perfection. This kiss was wow, I guess they will get a lot of praise for this episode and the whole series. Up until now this series is one of my absolute favorites. The story is captivating, the acting is award worthy, the chemistry is perfection. Just wow, Javi your reaction was awesome as usual. Thank you for this video, I am sure you will also re-watch this episode, I will for sure.
It’s such an incredible episode! I’ve rewatched it three times already. 👀 Also, I’m hoping Wai becomes a character along the lines of Longtae, who became best friends and an ally to Tian, but time will tell. I still can’t get over this episode! 😭

The split seconds between when Pat realised their feelings for eachother (Pat smiles and cherish Pran’s face) like he ready to be in serious relationship with Pran But as for Pran realised that he can no longer hide or escaped from his feelings for Pat vs the reality hits with their struggles to be together （Pran’s cried and walk away) ….. I feel that it’s one of a perfect scene.

The Emotions, The Actors, The Script, The facial Expression, The cinematography and the KISS are all well played and executed you'll feel the Relief of Pat and you'll feel the Fear of Pran. Relief because Pat express and finding out his real feeling for Pran while Pran is fear and scared because of all the conflicts between his family and the family of Pat even he knows his real feeling for Pat he's scared. I'm so excited for the next episode.

Last time it was Nanon who stole the show but this time Ohm absolutely naled it. That jealousy scene in front of their dorm was so damn good. It feels like a roller coaster ride of emotions when Phat realized that he has gotten all the things that her sister checked list for Pran. But in this episode I never expected that they gonna do this coz I’m still shocked.😳The kissing scene is just like an icing on the top of the cake 🧁 it felt so good that finally that they’re on the same page of loving each other. I just hope that their friends would not meddling into this relationship that they have and the family that causes this dilemma 😍❤️
Although I have already watched this episode before your reaction, I enjoyed watching this again with your genuine reaction. The acting was so great. But I'm excited for more. Their conversation leading to that kiss was very emotional and that makes their kiss so emotional as well, it was breathtaking.

I watch so many BL series but this is the only series that I could say One of the best that I have watch and I would say there are so many bl that they kiss in the series. But they way ohm and nanon executed the rooftop scene was totally perfect the acting facial expression and the emotion that the two felt was outstanding and they nailed everything. On the other hand I want to see the character of Ink and Pa or Wei and Korn looks for side couple, I’m so excited to see the next episode and see how they’re handling this relationship even though we know that they’ve lots of obstacles to prove they love.👏👏👏💖
