I was in the corporate arena for 12 years as an EA and this will be my first time working virtually so i need a little coaching on how I should start and what skills I need to learn to establish myself in the virtual platform. I value the lessons you provide and they serve as my guide. It has a lot of information and so I take down notes. It is inspiring to see people like you achieve so many things at a young age. Ideally you would have access to their inbox, and clean and filter. If you're about to send an email and you're not sure they approve, you can leave it in drafts for them to see.

Hello! It really depends on the structure for the client. Most of the time in an office setting they already have a lot of structure hence why you're just editing a template, but a lot of the time when you're working one on one with a client, it might be that you're creating the template with them
