It's definitely developing your own FAQ capture system. What are common questions, and how to answer them. The best answers should be captured so you know what best gives people the answer they need :)

If you had to bucket together a few reasons as to why a VA relationship wouldn't work out with one that i'm trying to hire, what would those higher-level reasons be?! 🤔
