I think his receiving ability will be huge for the Raiders but I think with the new kick off rules his biggest impact for the team will be as a kick returner especially early on.
Good breakdown. His jump cutting movement caught my attention. Exceptional pass catching hands Curious to see how his pass blocking is. Won't see much action if he can't protect the QB on those blitzes.
I didn’t see him blocking hardly ever at New Hampshire so I assume that is not a strength of his but we will see here soon during the pre season if he gets some snaps in pass protection
I just can’t tell how he’ll do against NFL speed add hits. But I love his approach and attitude. He feels like a champion and I’m curious to see if they feature him on kickoffs.
The main thing that will make at least the Raider's run game really elite, is the Offensive line, with the all American Powers, him at Center and the rest are gonna be a devastating force.
Love AOC I think he will really improve this year however the running back position is going to be so vital. Zeus as the primary with Laube being a scat back that's actually good is going to be important
Just out of curiosity, who said the RB would be a committee room? I've watched all of the Raiders releases and AP's presser, and I have not heard that. I know there is competition in the RB room, but I never heard it was going to be a committee stlye thing. Did you hear that someone, or is that just your assumption? Because when JJ was hurt those last 4 games, it wasn't a committee, and White did one hell of a job. Yes Abdullah came in to give White a breather or on plays design for him. But White was the lead guy. I'm just trying to figure out where all these fabricated reports come from without any facts to back it up. No one knows anything about what the Raiders will do because the coaching staff doesn't even know yet. They have an idea, but nothing us set in stone one way to the other. I think White will be the bell cow. He has shown the ability to do so in limited reps, but he showed he could. Mattison was THE lead back in Minnesota and could not produce. And I pray Laube kills the return game and makes some explosive plays in the passing game, but he still won't be the starter. In the RB room that I know of is White, Mattison, Abdullah, and Laube. 4 RBs? On a 53 man roster?!? I guess?!? But, I think Laube with see more action in the return game.
That’s what I believe will happen with our RB group. It’s possible Zamir White could be become our main bell cow option but I think Mattison is a super solid option as a 2 RB who can step in on any given week and I really love what I see from Laube as a potential receiving threat coming out the backfield. I think all three of these backs will contribute this season
@raideralexofficial Now that, I will agree with. I think Laube will get more special teams play early and gradually build into seeing the field. I can see White and Mattison seeing a lot of playing time, which would leave Abdullah as the odd man out. Unless he shines on special teams as well. The one thing I will say is if Mattison gets back to being himself. My Lord. I don't know what went wrong in Minnesota but if he plays like he did as a backup to Cook. We'll have one hell of a 1-2 punch in the backfield
This draft class is one of the best we have had in 20+ years! Very excited about this year!
🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
My only criticism on this draft class is Glaze. I think they originally planned to take a tackle earlier but JPJ and Bowers fell to them.
@theautumnwind2152 Glaze is a developmental player for now and I agree! But really solid draft!

Facts 👀
He brings energy, speed, versatility and poses a threat he’s a Swiss army knife like bowers. He will be used as a decoy as well
He's gonna be a problem on 3rd down , I love this kid
