The bad decisions of Telesco has gotten us in this mess. Starting with not drafting a QB and then signing Minshew and making him the starter is our biggest problem on offense. Our D hasn’t been making tackles all year accept in the Ravens game. Now we’re down 7 starters and Telesco hasn’t signed a single player for help. Telesco is tanking this season!

the OL is going to hold the QBs back. AOC has no chance with a terrible OL That and they Cant run the ball. QB change isnt going to change the offenses fortune. I'm pissed how bad this OL is. no excuse for having a line this bad.

If they pull Minshew they can’t go back to him. You have to stay with Aiden for the rest of the season. AP cant be juggling QBs like that and expect to win cuz that ain’t gonna happen..

Aiden has a better arm and he’s accurate. He gets the ball out faster and thinks faster than Minshew. We don’t need him to run we need him to stay in the pocket and get rid of the ball to our playmakers. Thats what he does best. Aiden pushes the ball down the field. You’re ignoring that Minshew has allowed himself to be sacked 11 times and he’s turned the ball over five times in three games. All you have to do is look at our record? This is below .500 ball and it doesn’t look good with Minshew starting. It can’t possibly be any worse with Aiden in.

Our offensive line is horrible. They get blown up every play? I can’t believe what I’m seeing? My eyes are right. There is absolutely no push up front at the point of attack. Our center and guards are not getting it done period!

It’s statistically proven that only six teams who started out 1-3 since 1970 have made it to the playoffs and two of those went to the SB. That’s 54 years of, if you start out 1-3 you’re chances go to 2%.. We won’t make the playoffs and that’s a fact. Aiden has to step in to win this game because we will only lose with Minshew. I don't care the name on the jersey, just consistent respectable play and some W's.We have seen 1 Quarter of that from Minshew. Who knows if Aiden will do anything but if this week GM is the same happy feet, cannot read progressions correctly, see wide open receivers in the middle of the field because my eyes are looking at the rush (eyes down), and running INTO sack, then we should make a change.

BAD SIGNING and telesco doesnt want to be compared to last years front office and their debacle with the Jimmy G signing. Enough is enough from minshew. He's not consistent. We're asking our QB to gain every yard. We get no YAC from our receivers and the run game is a big negative. We should not be throwing 40 times a game with either of these guys. It's asking for trouble.

The difference is Minshew plays his best late in close games. Last year his QBR was 95 in those situations. Aidan's QBR was 32 in those situations. If the run game and defense can keep the game close Minshew will win it at the end. Aidan will lose it.
