I have listened to this a million times over the years. I still remember listening to this for the first time, while I was in university with my earbuds in and having to rush out of the lecture hall because I was not capable of holding back the laughter. Thank you so much for the laughs Norm.

That does not seem like a wholly unlikely scenario, given the scandalous behavior of many women.
But on the other hand, the narrator mentions that "in her arms, he didn't have to prove he was a man". That means that she KNOWS that he's not what everybody else thinks he is. Shit, she'd HAVE to know better to stick with a guy that had a reputation as a coward.
In any case, I think the moral of the story is that all of this could have been avoided if Tommy had kicked a few asses early on.

Cuz of 1980 Moral Majority etc. Kenny was sent to cool down and with help of Kim Carnes, Sheena Easton, and finally Dolly Parton (including the Bee Gees and the Gatlins). Good for Carolla to tackle the tough topics that no one dares to address...

I just commented the same thing. The Damesheck/Carrola calls home to family members explaining news headlines bit was the best ever.

I love Kenny Rogers! But it’s just that song off the Big Lebowski “what condition my, condition was in” that made me a fan! Then he was such a Mack in his day

I don't think that this cld be broadcast today with the references to rape. It wld be cancelled and none of them or their producer would ever work again.

This has to be the only song about a gang rape.
