Great wording, what a manager should practice is speech towards workers, communication to me as a worker is very important, just like they want 2 hours notice before I call in sick or cant make it, i want them to let me know early as possible if i need to stay late. These are just ramblings, I'd like to hear others opinions

Try controlling the conversation when you’ve leveled personal accusations at them, g’luck. 😂 You’re there to talk about his performance. If it’s attendance related it’s simple present them with previous documentation showing that in good will you’ve notified them prior of the unsatisfactory attendance then escalate to written disciplinary action up to term. It’s simple never present an employee with gossip around their personal life you’ll get an unreceptive person every time, and most likely an HR complaint.

How about the old fashioned "step up to the plate otherwise youre fired" Standards have really dropped since I entered the workforce
