Lived in a 4runner for a good bit of 2015 and these videos are the closest thing to how I remember it (I was not the best cook so I remember it better than it was for sure 😂) I am grateful you are documenting some of your time. All the photos and videos I took on my travels are very precious to me... I'm sure these will be precious to you in the future. I really enjoy the silence and the sounds of the daily activities. Hi Nathaniel, I wanted to ask some advice. I've been watching a lot of VanLife, "living in my car" type videos for about a year and have been wanting to take the dive. I have a passion for travelling and learning about various cultures, I also do photography as a hobby, I'm no pro. I have a degree in Anthropology and want to continue that passion as well. I've been planning to do a test run with this "VanLife" style of living. I have a 2007 honda CRV and next month I will be road tripping from the east coast back to the West Coast. I've been preparing for this trip for months and am planning to stay in my car full time while doing some site seeing. I just purchased the jackery power station, as well as other essentials! With all that being said, I feel this is something I will enjoy based on past experiences but my concern is, most people who choose this lifestyle seem to be more extroverted and the careers that allow for one to develop a good source of income while working remotely, complement that personality type. I'm more of an introvert and a home body, though I do enjoy hiking and being outdoors every now and then, I prefer to keep human interaction to a minimum. Do you have any advice for people like me in regards to how I could make money on the road and perhaps other activities? Thank you.

I really love your setup because everything you need is basically under your bed, super cool. Glad you eat well too. I personally don't want to rid the backseats because i want to get a rooftop tent and then i will just be able to use the room in the car for other things anyway. Glad youre doing well, seems like a peaceful time youre having.
I feel for you because I've awoke to 33 degree temps in New Mexico which is no way as cold as your in. I can't do it mainly because I love warmer temps especially living out of my RAV4. Beautiful scenery. I do rideshare and deliveries for income. What do you do to support the lifestyle?

Been liking the videos dude! Love Colorado its where I live. Starting to feel comfortable enough after my surgery to get back out there and do some camping but yeah you got life right! Oh yeah been meaning to say if you want little easier and faster spot to cook. Make a small subframe to fit a piece of ply to pull out and cook on or whatever. Love the tables like you have for next to the fire and stuff. Just me. Sick build and keep on living the dream dude!
