but it's not "the voice" but 3 voices. The single contestant has to do impossible theatrics to match all that tone and mixing of harmonies. Basically only Whitney Houston or Mariah Carey could take these folks on. And don't forget that the young woman is the star here, with great support from her brothers.
Steven, I can get what you mean about the vocal dilemma nearly any singer or solo artist would have. You do however point out two of the best Female voices "imo" ever! You also say the magic word, "Harmonies" Now my take on those three Incredible Vocalist's GNT. It's their DNA! Thing is Steven, not even the awesome singing of Mariah or The Great one Whitney ever shared the stage with two (or more) siblings at the same time. And that in itself is one (if not the best) tool to take on anyone. No one can sing harmonies like people with matching DNA in sibling's. I am a singer & have been since I was a kid, my two Brothers Can't sing a note, but any time they tried folks would always say "you guys should be singing with your brother Jimi" cause when you talk, you sound just alike! Anyway enough of my rambling. And if you catch my point. Be sure to listen closely the next time you here. The Bee Gee's, the Pointer Sister's, the Jonas Brother's, the Jackson 5, the Osman's and Hanson

Harmonizing is a gift and it’s best in families because their voices just blend so well. But it’s also a skill. My husband is a really good soloist/lead singer but really struggles to hear or reproduce anything but the lead. Really great harmonies take practice and skill.
Beautiful! Love their harmonies and this rendition. Imo: 1 critique. The guy w/the long hair needs to go to a new barber or stylist and get his hair styled right for him. It's not a cutting edge style or a good look for him. Again, imo.

There have been a number of duos and trios on The Voice who didn't win or even make the semi finals.
