Look... I'm 57, but this song still makes me fell like I'm 17... and today, driving home listening to this , made me wanted to stop the F'* car and literally run home, just to listen it again, and again... Tks for this.
@@njldst2007 40 years is still young. Nothing to do with math. Maybe the song gave him the energy of being young again? I know people in thier 60s that listen to asking alexandria. This should be common sense lmao
@@KaliBear_ Strawman argument. This has nothing to do with what age people can listen to what music, if I ever reach 60, I'll still be headbanging to Slayer. OP said he's 57 and it still makes him feel 17. Key word there being still. So the common sense assumption that statement alludes to is that he was 17 when he first heard it. So it's either a Math issue or, if the OP actually meant it the way you stated, it's a writing/typing issue where the statement is improperly worded. Take your pick. Also, 40 years is young if you're 40 and older, and it's old if you're 39 and younger, it's all perspective, don't be so bothered by the adjective
@@njldst2007 Flawed response. You said his math was a bit off which had nothing to do with his comment. You just clarified what I just replied to you and tried to insult my intelligence. I only assumed that you were implying that just because he was 57 he couldn't of known about this type of music. And anyone who reads your comment can agree that what I assumed is what it looks like. Life lesson. admit when you're wrong. It's not illegal. Thanks, Kali Certified.
@@KaliBear_ How is this going over your head so much? It's almost funny how completely off-base you are. Not to mention you keep adding more erroneous points with each comment. a) As clearly said before, it wasn't the 'just because he was 57' part that was the focus of my reply, it was the 'still makes me feel like 17' part and hence why maths even got brought into it. b) 'He couldn't have known about this type of music' This part is completely and utterly wrong. I never made this assumption, never alluded to this assumption and wasn't even thinking along those lines till you brought it up. You're attempting to white-knight here, jumping to conclusions about what I meant and ended up doing it completely wrong, more than once. And the most hilarious thing is, you took offence for yourself in addition to the OP, because apparently replying to your reply of my comment is somehow 'insulting your intelligence'. 1:12 How do you go from tapping and then that slide to strumming chords and not be super loud? Because I know his volume has to be super loud to do that tapping
Bro the drummer is so underrated, his technic is just amazing
Thx man
You can see the emo slowly resurface through the performance ❤
Man those screams are so damn perfect
The drumming is just as good too
Traded in their emo haircuts for dad bods. Still killing it. I love it
Dad bods? None of them are overweight or have guts lol. They still rock though.
Silverstein is like a fine wine they have only gotten better with age
This scream in the end still gives me chills)
One of the songs that sounds better live.
Couple decades of practice will do that lol
I like how they slowed the breakdown, it really emphasized it and made it sound menacing.
Flawless 🔥
This sounds so much better live - you can hear the ferocity through the drums, guitars, bassline...it hits HARD.
Still best after 11 years
I love bands that sound the same or better (in this instance) than the recorded version.
To think these dudes used to rock the EMO hair hahahahah..
But they grew up and now they use a military haircut LMAO
Sucks that they still don't
Billy still kinda does...
Well I m emo and I love Silverstein
This is my gateway screamo song! thx silver

Love this band! Grew up with it.
I still love this song 17 years later
My goodness. The growling never changes!!
Killer. Sounds even better live. Happy to see they still got it!
These fellas still got it!
Dang Shane's harsh vocals have always been the best!
Good old times guys you're great ❤

Math is a bit off innit? This song was released in 2005, 17 years ago.
So if you're 57 now, that'd mean you were 40 when this song was released lol
