The local treat you mention is called Túró Rudi. The filling doesn’t have a good English translation. It often translates as ‘cottage cheese’ but this isn’t correct as the filling is dry not wet. “Curd” is closer, but perhaps the best comparison is a cheese curd that is finely grated and a bit sweet much like a ricotta cheese in cannolis. So glad you enjoyed it!

Hungary is humid which makes it feel warmer. I grew up in Perth (I left in 1989 but went back in 1993, 1995 (both for Adelaide F1) and 1997 for Melbourne F1). I recall in February it could get up to 44c but it was dry heat. Mind you the last time I was in Perth on the way to the Grand Prix it was really humid. People were saying it was as if Perth had moved North to Singapore!

Should be noted it's Cherry plus Coconut, arguably a twist on the all Coconut Bounty bar. Coconut doesn't seem to appear in many US sweets. Also the famous Aus/ NZ Lamington.

Kym, is using g-force a good measure to decide whether the driver goes to medical center or back to pitlane? cause I remember Ricciardo's crash in Zandvoort being not too harsh and yet he got quite the injury
About Ralf, I could not care less about who he loves. If Max would come out and say he and Lando are a couple, good for them, but I do not care about their personal life, they do what they want. Its the driving on the road that matters for me :)

as a life long f1 fan and member of the lgbtq community, Ralf's coming out has meant a lot to people like myself. One day it may not be a big deal to come out in the way he has, but its clear the impact has been sizable. It feels great to have a small bit of representation in the sport I love. Interesting seeing some of the reactions. For some of the older F1 viewers this was apparently a fairly widely known secret.. just no-one cared, a driver has a fairly singular job. But agree Ralf hasn't covered himself in glory in the way he has covered minority topics in his media career. Plus being married to a woman for 14 years divorcing in 2015.

Teams are not allowed to touch the cars whilst they are in Parc Ferme. It is a typically a fenced area that no one is allowed except scrutineers. Sometimes you will hear 'under parc ferme rules' and a car may be in the team garages but may not be touched for the period prescribed

I fail to comprehemd the "importance" if Ralf Schumi "coming out" is of any relevance to F1, motorsport or anything else but his own ego. Who and how he loves if of zero importance to anyone (other than his near and dear). Therefore there is no need to "broadcast it to the world because NO ONE CARES. He deserves respect in any case, but this has the feel of the world now being coerced to now "respect" him. I'll say it again, NO ONE CARES !!

It's Motorsport which historically like many other sports has never been open to having queer people. As Ralf is a noticeable F1 figure, it's even cooler especially to myself a bi individual who has always loved the sport. And unfortunately we have not reached the point in time when people don't have to come out because no one will care or try to use it against you. 😊
