@@noelramirez1551 I never compared UNLV against Penn State, I simply said that both of the Monty show hosts were also confident that UNLV would beat Boise in the MW championship. There is definitely a level of smugness that their superior knowledge of college football matchups puts them in a special category of soothsaying when it comes to college football picks. All I'm saying is that in every big game Boise has won over the last decade, including wins at 3 fiesta bowls, Oregon 3 times, Virginia tech, florida state, Georgia etc. that Boise was outmatched on paper every time and they managed to win. I have no idea if Boise beats SMU/Penn this year but Ill be on the 50 yard line cheering my ass off for them and hopefully get to watch a 4th fiesta bowl win against a team that's out of our league on paper but still falls to the inferior broncos.

If there was a super league, those games would happen instead of the existing non-conference games and the league would have to schedule and announce the games yearly

Boise defeated 3 ranked teams. Washington St, UNLV twice. They can't play a SEC, Big 10, ACC, or Big 12 since they aren't in those leagues. Utah and BYU both dropped schedule agreements with them. Maybe cuz they are 4-0 vs Utah and 8-5 vs BYU?
Oh BTW since when are Washington St and Oregon St not "power" conference schools? Because other teams left? They also played Oregon. Boise and UNLV are power schools in the wrong conference. They should have been in the PAC 12 years ago to keep that league together.
Boise St. is #2 in the nation in sacks, #5 in TFL, #13 in 3rd downs allowed. You are railing about yds allowed not considering all the garbage time yards they allow cuz they are in the lead all the time.

30+ carries during about 70 snaps a game is tougher than running routes. Jeanty faces much more punishment per game than Hunter.

UNLV did beat Kansas and Houston of the Big 12, and Boise State beat UNLV twice. Yet they keep harping that Boise state could not beat a big 12 team.
