Good presentation. I totally agree with the 3rd point about the cut off. You can't be learning exam techniques and going through difficult topics a day before the exams! U wouldn't assimilate and It will create panic and anxiety. Consolidate what you already know, and that will boost your confidence. It is what you learnt long before the exams (residual knowledge) that will come true 4 in the exams. Infact at this time, you should just relax and meditate. That worked 4 me over 30 years ago. Best wishes to you all.

Thanks, they are truly useful! I understand the bit which you shouldn't be testing with your friends before exams, but I'm not sure whether I should test myself by looking at some 'quick-fire' questions.
hi imo i think quick-fire qs are good because if you know the answers it'll give a confident boost and if you don't then at least you'll learn one or two things that could give you extra marks and push your grade up !! goodluck :-)))
If it makes you confident then you can do that! However if it makes you nervous then maybe avoid doing that right before the exam but the day / two days before.
One advice u should really stick to is; don’t talk too much or ask your friends what they studied on the day of the exam. It’s really gonna stress you and try your best not to sleep in the exam( if u don’t know what to write go through the others u have done to ensure they are perfect)

Please Can you help me? My exams are in 15 days. I don't feel like studying. I just want to scroll. Even though I watch motivation videos Im just watching them & not do any work.... I don't have much to coverup, but I do have some gaps in many lessons... I started doing past papers.... after 5 papers i don't feel like doing any more(i did only 2 per day; and also I have 9 subjects, those exams are also back to back except of saturday & sunday. Some how I have only 15 days left to study all the subjects....... But still...i don't feel like studying. My life has no point right now.............. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP??😢
my advice: choose the closest to exam subjects and write out the hardest topics then in a calendar, jot down what you're going to revise for the morning (i usually add to my timetable during the day). If you're like me and get distracted/bored easily then keep switching between subjects and sometimes music in thte bg helps you be more motivated(e.g 40mins of biology questions then 15 mins of planning an exam question e.tc) also make sure you take frequent breaks every so often! i usually stop all studying after 10 and just chill watching tv before bed. :)
You've got this! The most important thing is focus on getting a good night sleep, eat a good filling breakfast, do breathing exercises and remember that you have been putting in the work this whole time! This video will also help for your other exams :)
Don't worry, get as much work as you can done now; for each subjects obviously take breaks but not to long and try to make sure that you don't revise stuff you find easy, that's a waste of time. If you really really need to you could cram some things the day before the exam.
It's normal to not be able to sleep too well the day before your first exam! I know I didn't. But after a few exams you will get into the swing of things and start sleeping well. The adrenaline will help you for the first few days so try not to worry! It may seem like you forgot everything but as soon as you open the paper it should hopefully come back to you. Try to believe in yourself and relax as hard as it may seem, and it will help you in the exam.
