"The Last Battle... I wonder why they call it that." Proceeds to open book, (It's the end of the world as we know it!) and the book explodes just like Narnia in the book! LOL!
I like the movies (the first two) and I did like the books as a kid, but I don't as much anymore. In my opinion the first two movies are an example of the adaptation building on the original.
I know it's a little too early to talk about this, but this idea just came into my head. How about for the next Christmas episode of From Pages to Pictures, how about Christmas With the Kranks vs. Skipping Christmas?
God help us with Netflix looking to do a series based on the ook series. Also something heartwarming is in The Last Battle it's Reepicheep who greets our heroes for the final moments
Funny to look back on this episode and see what's aged well ten years later. Clearly any other plans for adapting other books haven't aged well, but I have heard Netflix wants to do something.
The faith in Aslan is quite pointless in the second movie doesn't really work as some of the characters have met him and know that he can resurrect. But then again he used a argument like "Either this man was, and is, the Son of God, or else a madman or something worse [demon]." so he wasn't exatly good at apologetics either.
Am I the only one who absolutely loves the amazing intro? It's so awesome and epic
I'm surprised they don't mention the 1979 animated TV special of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe".
Wonderful job Jaime..... and I’m excited to be in the Narnia Musical with my Theatre friends
Nice! I didn't know that was a thing. A narnia musical?
Jaimetud I didn’t know that it was a stage musical either until recently when my Theatre friends told me about it last fall
For sweeties!😊
The Dufflepuds seem more like something from "Alice in Wonderland" than "Narnia"!
How is it that this has only 77 likes? Totally underrated.
Share and it might just get more :-)
@@Jaimetud Of course! 😀👍
BTW, I've been a fan since I saw this video on Blip back in the day.
Now after all these years, we are finally getting The Silver Chair! :D

how many pages does the book have in total ?

good job on the review i admit never read books or seen the films but id have to look into it now. :)
I miss Face Nelson. Could you look at Matilda, please?
By the way, most of the practical effects in this film were done by Peter Jackson's Weta Workshop.

Whatever happened to Face?
So if you steal dragon treasure, you turn into a dragon... I WOULD STEAL ALL THE SHIT I COULD, I WOULD HOARD THAT SHIT
