Welcome to Time Warp Custom Paint's TH-cam channel! In this exciting episode, I will be showcasing my skills as I transform a skateboard into a true work of art using LiMELiNE Candy transparent paints.
Join me as I airbrush the skateboard deck in a Sarape blanket, Mexican blanket style design. Using shades of the primary colors - red, blue, and gold - I will create a unique masterpiece right before your eyes. This live event gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and I will do my best to provide detailed answers.
Throughout the episode, I will demonstrate various techniques, including the application of Lime Line fineline tape to create a striped Sarape blanket style design. I will also show you how to mix different colors of candy paint, such as creating a vibrant purple by combining red and blue. By applying more or fewer coats, we can even achieve a fade effect and alter the intensity of the color.
To add a touch of elegance and dimension to the artwork, I will incorporate LiMELiNE Leafing with an engine turn spun look. This will create a captivating 3-D effect that will surely make this skateboard stand out. And of course, we will finish off the project with a LiME LiNE premium clear coat, ensuring a durable and glossy finish.

Best Mexican blanket video I’ve seen on you tube I could not understand why my blankets were not coming out right. Now I know why . I was starting out at on end and going dark to light until the next color change then repeating the pattern . This shows starting in the middle and fading out to both sides. It’s a game changer Looks so much better. And the gold and mixing your own colors is a great tip as well. Thanks Time Warp. Great JOB. As always.

My question is I use masking tape n after removing it left behind glue what do I use to remove it without messing up my project?

It’s not easy to remove the glue residue . Try using a automotive masking tape like LiME LiNE next time
