FSD on my cybertruck is great, but several issues as follows:
1. In Atlantia downtown traffic, it did not get to the southbound lane, far right side, had to disengage. Same happened heading through Nashville, did not go left to catch 24 West to Clarksville, despite preprogrammed destinations.
2. Does not get over from right lane if stopped traffic on shoulder, police or car with tire-changing, etc.
3. Does not slow for speed bumps, very common feature where I have a farm in South Florida
4.tells me I need to slow down but IT is driving. Looks like I have it programmed for speed limit 🤷♀️.
5. One area on drive north from FL to IL has the left hover lane with a foot or so of two dashed lane separators, one for the hover and one for the lane adjacent. It kept following the one too far left so I had to turn it off and manually drive, as I was in the lane one over from hover.
6. It is REALLY zippy when exiting or entering interstate which has sharply curved circles. Like hold on for fear of not staying on the ground with all four wheels.
Overall, it is the coolest vehicle ever. Love it.
Another good one mate. I’m very glad that it is working so well for you.
2024 Model 3, using 13.2.2. I live in an apartment complex that has two exits into two different major roads. Upon leaving into oncoming traffic (both from Stop signs) it has (on each exit) made bad decisions when exiting into oncoming cars. I had to slam on the breaks each time and reported to Tesla of the bad decision to enter into the road. This behavior happened with 13.2 and was corrected with 13.2.1 but has now reverted back with 13.2.2. What a shame as I've made two trips, one 400+ miles and one 275 miles on major highways and 13.2.2 handled it perfectly No interventions and no disengagements (Standard Mode). My only complaint is it does make a lot of lane changes when going up large hills because there are a lot of cars and trucks going 50 - 60 miles an hour up the hills. I love 13.2.2 but you have to be careful on what I would perceive as the easy stuff (decisions entering into main roads).
A follow up with 13.2.2. On city streets, Hurry mode, posted and mapped 45 mph speed limit, 4 lanes with one of those lanes a left turn only lane at a traffic light. Green lights in the direction I was going, making a left with on coming traffic. Bad/Poor choice by FSD as on coming traffic was approaching at a speed where FSD should have waited - but did not. I had to hit the gas to follow through on the left turn. I noticed the on coming car did have to slow down as FSD was moving slowly on the left turn. First time I've experienced a poor decision with version 13 in this scenario.
dude that car is so nice... i didnt know model s had double display for longest time
@@user-hg6nz1cz3l 😊 Thanks
Nice job!
@@Lzanocco thanks 😊
One of the things no one talks about from v12 to v13 on up no one talks about in FSD car automatically moves out of way if someone is tailgating you!
I’m wondering what their plan is for unsupervised regarding legal liability. Surely they can’t take the entire worlds liability on and yet it is not going to be the occupants fault either…. so really it is a puzzle to me what is going to happen there.
Tesla does insurance. They would have enough data to know if they can cover any potential accidens due to FSD. I would assume FSD unsupervised would only happen once they are sure it’s near perfect.
The cameras would also prove if it was FSD fault or other.
