My native place is Tenkasi , Zoho environment is best at tenkasi but they conduct nearly 4 to 6 rounds in off campus , they may ask flow chart ques and aptitude ques without options for software engineer role. It's happy to tell that Zoho provide food at low price even₹10. (Best food with low price) My pov :there us no cons about Zoho . Hope it may also helpfull✌️ Good luck for all 🍁

How about the interview process for experienced person [1-2 yrs of experience] ?
It will be around 5 + rounds fa sure....for exp'd one they won't keep apps anyways it's depends on the project . Ex . I was 5 yrs experienced when attending i had 6 rounds . Tech apps , Simple coding , complex coding , domain knowledge , Tech HR and general HR . That's my 1st time with zoho and i cleared . There was a guy in my team who attended zoho 3rd time he had 7 rounds but not cleared the interview he was 7+ yrs experienced.

Because the stipend they pay is 10k per month and Zoho schools would provide me the training ..the training process is hectic is what I understood and many say, I can apply for other companies given the long training period and a minimal stipend?

@@yeswanth_tech_sorcerer C lam concepts ku dha padikanum, you should not code with it. It's not a modern programming language and most importantly it doesn't support OOP. Learn any Object Oriented language like Java, Python, C++ etc.

All I'd say is go for Zoho based teams or products. Not the ManageEngine sector. The sad truth is 80% - 85% of the revenue for the company comes directly from ManageEngine products and services. This team is highly understaffed, resources are barely provided and very overworked. As someone who worked his ass off for 3 years straight in the team, I had to take a really long break and went through multiple therapy sessions to regain my mental sanity back. The pay will be amazing. Bonuses will be spectacular. But you will burnout if you end up in the wrong sector. Especially ManageEngine. Hope this helps any future Zohoites.

@@ShaKing_037 well I'm not familiar with that part of the industry yet and based on what you've said I think you're more well versed on that than I am right now. But what I've personally felt about the company itself is, Zoho now is being more of a product oriented company rather than a sales company. The main issue being that customer satisfaction and retention is of zero concern to both the upper management and the CEO himself. They're currently more arrogant as a company than before and the sad truth is, it shows in the employees. If you're someone who's a perfectionist at work. Who enjoys doing your job with precision. Zoho is not your cup of tea. Its honestly a company full of pretentious individuals who still ride the "I'm a zohoite" and I've succeeded in life. You won't grow. At all. You'll become a manager of a team or a team lead in say 10-15 years, regardless of your performance. The interview process has become pathetic than it was during the time I joined (I had 12 rounds and my interview span was for 45 days), the training is crap, and the quality of employees especially tech support guys and sales people are almost Sutherland level pathetic. I struggled for a year trying to manage a team of sales and support peeps whilst being given lofty promises, which I fulfilled and exceeded. Yet promotions are still handed out to the more I'd say "ass kissing" individuals. Its a sad thing but Zoho used to be a different place. Now it's no different from say TCS or CTS or cognizant or any other random MNC. Only difference being the brand value and the shiny outer layer. And it's definitely not a place for freshers.
And sorry for the long comment but. Thank you for the wishes towards my health. I still haven't completely come out of it. And in all honesty therapy somewhat helps but this company has already made me an alcoholic 😂. I will quit one day, just not now. So in all honesty, if a team from Zoho called manage engine calls. Run. Run and don't look back. I have seen guys talk to themselves in the mirror in restrooms. The team has its own counselor who helps with suicidal individuals. And intake of drugs at work, especially for developers is highly approved. Even by the upper management. So yeah. Avoid manage engine at all costs 😅
@@deezfurballs1861 mostly they hired forward caste people in early 2000’’s because they only got internet and PC at home…also their office was at in Velachery… they were early bird and their copy cat fresh works is suffering 😂😂😂 at their business and revenue… these engineering colleges made hype about software industry…start any small business bro and come out of it… moreover he don’t pay tax he was supporter or bjp and funded the campaigns… long term capital tax and employee stock options are less taxed also his dollar and euro bank balance was made hype… I even cracked Meta and Netflix interview / google from india I didn’t even get reply …most indian start up will be taken down as major investors are foreigners if any tax or black swan event… especially my friend using his ManageEngine services for his websites paying 80k 😷😷😷 but he claimed as business expenses…Ur personal pressure towards family is goof and focus on that… this guys speak like Silicon Valley genius 😂😂😂,..but they are copy cats in their software even tcs and cts and Accenture got clients in all field such as hospitals;banks and auto industry… but this guys only web development and app development and stealing the money from small scale enterprises like salon and hotel and moreover this much tough exams are conducted and high salary was paid only to not question them.. Recover soon bro this guys don’t even deserve ur time

Zoho HRs should first learn to respect candidates and their time. I got a call from Zoho on Nov 2022 for Mobile developer position, and they me a coding assignment to build an app providing some requirements and API. I was given two days of time to submit the task. Since the task was given on week days, I have to spend time till late mid nights for two days after my office hours to complete the task.
I finally submitted the task on the date they mentioned. After waiting for their response for 2 weeks and mailed HR for the response. She didn't bother to reply, tried calling her multiple times, she never attended my call once. Finally after my three request mails for reply, she replied asking me to wait. I waited for another two weeks. I know they didn't even open the app yet as I have added a Login screen to the app and through which I can check the new users who are registering to my app.
Learn to have basic courtesy and acknowledge the candidates efforts by providing appropriate feedback. Don't ghost the candidate and behave cheap.
