    Nice video!
Just a few points to add. Transfers after 1 club, yes the benefit of the lead protection playing the suit transferred to is not so clear. But playing transfers after 1 club also allows for the 1 spades response to transfer to 1NT which certainly has this benefit, with a weak balanced opening, but even more so if you play a strong club and opening hand is balanced.
As for hiding the hand with the unknown distribution you mentioned, that also is the weakest point of Stayman. Stayman makes the hidden hand that might end up playing NT or 4 of a major show it's major suits while dummy shows it's majors the moment the lead has been played. So basically all major suit distribution is known. I have played the alternative described in Notrump Bidding - the Scanian Way for years. This has dummy show it's majors while declarer will not have done so (except the assumed 4 card fit when 4 of a major is played). So the major distribution shown by bidding is visible in dummy anyway. I absolutely loved the system and it has a lot of other benefits (like preventing playing 3NT with two small doubletons facing each other). I'm convinced it is a lot better than Stayman. It works with transfers to the majors on 4 or 5 cards and ALSO has a transfer to two diamonds (actually a puppet) and then in some sequences second round response transfers are used!
It would be nice to see a video on alternatives to Stayman.

I play precision with a 10-12 inc 5CM NT we don't play transfers as it forces the opponents to take a decision sooner and keeps the unknown hand hidden

Transfers do give extra space to both your side but also the opponents. The vast majority of the time it is more beneficial for the people to be transferring to capitalize on this extra space however this situation or any where your bids are more focused on destructive bidding (such as preempts) then giving the extra space is a downside.

That makes a lot of sense. For the exact same reason weak two of the majors openings are better than the popular Multi two diamonds or the less popular "Two under" weak two.

The problem is the mandatory completion of the transfer. I avoid opening notrump with a weak doubleton in a major, to prevent a transfer and pass, so I won't get drowned in a bad contract. I also avoid direct notrump overcalls, where a transfer will put the wrong defender on lead. Transfer bids work best when the responder has a good hand and the right defender will rarely win a trick and come on lead. My preferred structure after a 1NT opener is natural weak 2 Major, and strong one-under bids of 3 Diamonds and 3 Hearts, allowing the notrumper to bid notrump without support. This maximizes the lead advantage. When responder is weak, the notrumper's RHO will frequently win a trick and come on lead, even after a transfer. The best situation for transfers is after a balancing notrump overcall, because it places the opening bidder on lead.
