Spider works by failing to summon a NPC a total or three times, but it is rare to see spider as he's a black nort so visible cat. Btw pls do not hunt alone w/o someone. You could get lost or hacked without anyone to tell.
Hunting for spider is a much different thing than hunting the others, please be careful and aware, you might accidentally summon other npcs while you are hunting for spider. I do not recommend hunting alone, since hunting alone without any other players, can lead to Blink spawning. So, if you are with a group of friends, use the group chat instead. Using the all chat can aggravate any npc that can read the chat and is aware of it, please be careful if you are hunting for npcs alone. (Like i said, this is my opinion, do not hate me.)
That goes for me too, I almost always Npc hunt alone cus most of my Npc hunter friends are offline Yesterday I did hunt with someone and it was a scary success, not in a private server btw

When it finally stopped, they got possessed again, but this time, they were acting like mother because one of us raged her. She said "do you like kids" I did not know what to do. But then they said "why are you saying my children's names" so I thought it was mother, so I said, "Mother, is that you?" And she said "YOU ARE MAKING ME MAD" so I told everyone to leave the game. Can someone tell me who was possessing my friend?
Try To summon the Npc that you have the most trouble with summoning, since spider can be spawned by summoning an npc incorrectly,[i think] then you have a higher chance of getting them!

Always don’t yell! It might irritate the npc. That’s why is doesn’t spawn as much when you yell.
