Wa’Alaykum salaam Ines, I hope you’re well. Thank you for your kind words. I’m just glad I can make content that I’m passionate about.
With regards to medication, this is a topic I will definitely talk about soon. Though it’s a pretty cliche topic, which is why I have tried to focus more on strategies and systems to focus better with ADHD. But I will delve into it soon.
I am not currently on ADHD medication, though I have been in the past. I didn’t tolerate meds very well, and so I have been forced to adapt with ADHD. I know lots of patients have good outcomes with meds, and others that don’t. I think it’s important to have strategies to help you, and if your doctor feels you will benefit from medication, you can experiment with this too.

Thank you so much! I am a med student as well recently diagnosed, I tried medication and didn’t like it. I am struggling a lot, but alhamdoulillah. You achieving such great things while not being medicated is giving me a lot of hope !

@@ines4802 keep going! Honestly I was in the exact same situation. You just have to develop healthy habits and find what comes natural to you and what you enjoy. What would you like me to talk about at some point? Waheed

I feel like my biggest struggles come from my time blindness. I waste so much time without even realising it. I am also very slow when studying (I always have to reread what I just read). I am very far behind in my studies which leads to anxiety which makes everything worse. I would love to know how you manage(d) to stay on track in med school, and how to continuously and consciously direct your attention towards what matters (instead of getting unconsciously distracted). Thank you so much, your channel is my favourite!

Also I don’t know if you’ve struggled with perfectionism or if it’s just me, but if you did I would love to know how to deal with it ! Thanks !
