Cars destroyed by floods are stuck along the roads in Sao Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul state, after heavy rains flooded the area in recent days. River levels are rising again as strong rains continue in southern Brazil, where flooding has already killed more than 140 people and forced hundreds of thousands from their homes.
