I see a bunch of people in the comments saying that rank automatically means stolas would win, but i disagree. Rank doesn't automatically make a character powerful, and i get that Alastor is just an overlord in hell and is ranked below the Goisha (not sure if that's spelled right) but to be fair stolas might technically have more power but it's more passive abilities compared to Alastor's magic which he used to trap souls of people he had attacked in a dimension where they could do nothing but scream.
