Trip to Kofu, Yamanashi: Enjoying Maizuru Castle Park and Local Dishes - Part 2

In this video, I am sharing my trip to Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan. Going there by train was a lot of fun. The striking Naruto train was fascinating and the awesome landscape along the way kept my eyes glued to the scenery. Maizuru Castle Park is a must-see place if you are in Kofu. A panoramic view of the city and the nearby mountains can be seen from the lookout point that is in the center of the park. The castle is a five minute walk to the southeast of Kofu Station. Houtou, a signature dish of Yamanashi is also worth a try. Have fun watching.

Once outside the big cities, Japan is so beautiful and so unpopulated. The construction of the castle reminds me of the structures made by the Inca in Peru. Might it be that the ancestors of the Inca came from Japan?
