  • I'm lucky enough to be in Yamanashi Prefecture this week with the government on an official tour! Today I travelled to Kofu City where I had an amazing Soba lunch, followed by a wine tour + tasting at Sadoya Winery. We then headed to Koshuyumekouji which is a cute little shopping street, to try to famous Raisin Sandwich, made from the leftover grapes from the local wineries. We finished up the night with an amazing Kaiseki multi-course dinner at Kasugai Hotel & a relaxing outsoor onsen!

Keira, I'm in awe... You create the most amazing tour videos I've ever seen. I watch a lot of TH-cam videos, but your ability to jump into some place and show it in it's best light is just unbelievable. And, you turn these videos around so quickly! I feel like I took my own tour of the Sadoya winery - but even better because of your music selection and the way explain the history. I hope many more sites in Japan come to appreciate your talents as I do. It really is in their best interests. You make raisin sandwiches sound delicious, and the Kasaugai View Hotel people must be off -the-charts pleased with how you showcased their property - not to mention fuefuki city in general. The Kaiseki dinner was unlike any I've seen before. I'm so on-board for what's next!
