Personally, I don't worry myself about back up bottles. Maybe I'll repurchase one if I run out, but there's so many fragrances to discover that I'd rather spend my money on something I don't have already.

Some fragrances are definitely worth having backup bottles but I do understand where you’re coming from.
I definitely see where you're coming from. But I have a few backup bottles and I'll get a few more. Just in case of reformulations.

- Nishane Ani (50 + 100)
- Dior L'homme Parfum (100 x 2)
- Dior Sauvage EDT (200 + 100)
Green Irish Tweed. Always have 2, more than 10 bottles purchased over the years.
I want to get one from creed, and I'm thinking that 1 maybe. Maybe Royal oud. I keep hearing horrible stories about longevity. But it is what it is.
I have Armani attitude had it since 2009 it still smells the same!!! wonderful masterpiece

Layton is backup bottle worthy to me. It’s one of my favorites.

Oud For Greatness! Sauvage edt is a compliment magnet for real! I bought it because of your video with the Old Navy experience, and that's when I truly believed in the authenticity of your channel. Keep doing the great work.

When they announced the discontinuation of this, I purchased 3 extra bottles. All-time classic fragrance!!! ❤
@@johanld2826 Profumo has been discontinued for a while .over a year and a half . They came out with Acqua di gio parfum that pretty similar.
when were the last time you purchase Creed Aventus? I bought one in Feb 2024 for my friend as bday present and we both regretted. It was water-down and it lasts like 2 hours. I was a big fan of Creed but after this bottle, I would never buy Creed again. I rather buy the clone ones. I think Creed should pull Aventus off the shelf or go back to the old formula.
You're either nose blind or got a fake. I've worn Aventus since 2010 and even the newest batches still last at least 8 hours. I have more than 50 bottles of it currently. All i wear. Batch i wore today, F1520 and yesterday F298, both lasted 8-10 hours and i got compliments all through the day. I work in a retail environment.
Most of the backup bottles I have are discontinued or reformulated fragrances. After missing my opportunity to purchase backup bottles of Ultra Zest. I've kinda been obsessed with getting backups of. Fragrances I enjoy that are being discontinued.
Creed Aventus, Sospiro Vibrato, Jazz Club and STE Intensely!
I would consider getting a back up of Dior Homme 2020. I love the woody, mature and versatile nature of this fragrance.

Gentlemen, I have two scents for you. Maahir Legacy Parfum by Lattafa and L'Impression Parfum by Flavia. I have gone through three bottles of both of these fragrances. Currently using the fourth and have back-ups on deck.

When I bought Dior Savage Elixer X I immediately bought 2 back up bottles. And if you believe that I have some ocean front property in Little Rock Arkansas I can sell you. But seriously when I bought Tumi 19 Degree I had to purchase again immediately.
Lol, no shame sir in your number 3. I have purchased Nautica Voyage numerous times. One of the most timeless "dumb reaches" that is completely wonderful. Azzaro Chrome and Cool Water, still this year (2024) gets a lot of smiles and "wow, you smell nice." Worth a repurchase and too much hate for something so reasonable. I'm talking about men and women of different ages and different colors have asked about the smell of these.
Also, a recent back up bottle highlight is the two clones of Killian's Blue Moon Ginger Dash. Dua's Moon is Blue and Paris Corners Mawj Moscow Mule. Will have these forever. They smell PHENOMENAL! I sprayed in the air and my wife stopped mid conversation to take it in.
Sorry one more. Always will have Ocean Noir by Michael Malul. Severely underrated.

It seems like nothing he reviews has bad longevity on him, everything is at least decent while nothing is long-lasting on me. The only actual beast mode fragrance I've experienced is Fragrance Du Bois PM and that's not an easy-to-wear fragrance.
Even though I hardly wear it anymore, Dior sauvage is 12 times better than Creed Adventist. And Sauvage Forte, is horrible. Horrible smell and performance. I sprayed on my hand at Dillard's and gave it about 10 minutes, but then I had to wash it off.

I read Layton is trash 🗑️ in 2024, after the reformulation couple of years ago!
Not trash, I have a 2020 bottle and it's 6-8 hours with solid sillage and projection. Maybe it used to be 12+? Still smells great and lasts above average.
