Ionos SPF Record - Gmail Error - Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

I believe IONOS, has made is a default option for new users. The issue is I still can't get my SPF record updated and can't send to gmail accounts.

Can there be any problems/influences of the SPF Record with emails in other systems that are currently retrieved and received automatically?
