Fun fact: If you have a lower spec graphics card like a gtx 760 it will run smoother. I remember playing sr2 with a gtx 760 and it hit 50 fps without the fps tweak
i don't like it either, it literally washes out the entire game and make it look like toon town, color theory is a thing and certain shades are used to give games a certain feel and this just makes it feel like a looney tunes game. I love saints row 2 but tbh nothing you do to this game short of a complete remaster will make it look better, unfortunately.
If they ever make a definitive edition for Saints Row 2, let's hope that Volition learns from the mistake that R* made and make it better with no glitches or tweaks.

ok so I checked a few to many boxes in the Reshader tool. I left is where it was, tested it out and it works fine now.
